My husband and I book this hotel every 2 weeks during rugby season and it is always quick to check in and the staff is friendly. Good location for ordering food and ubers- like that the dining to the room is supplied by a local restaurant

Hotel is not especially clean. Rooms are dingy. Toilet ran off and on all night. Air conditioning seemed to add humidity to the room.

Customer service was nice. The room was clean and building was quiet. Only issue the elevator was broken.

Nice, clean and convenient hotel to stay at while in town for the night.

This property was elegant, clean and quiet. The most impressive area of the suite was the bathroom. The hotel has only one elevator. This is an inconvenience to guests when the facility is fully occupied.

I wish the elevator worked.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No Hot daily breakfast as advertised. We were without running water for hours. Front desk staff was not very knowledgeable.

Elevator was not working which was a major hassle for my family. The staff put us on 3rd floor which was very unmindful of them considering we are a family. I requested the staff for help with taking our luggage upstairs and he ignored it. They didn’t do anything upon our requests to give us a lower floor when I complained that I have a back problem and cannot climb stairs with my kid. And later we saw them assigning a lower floor to another family. The gym was out of service which was disappointing. The staff kept trying to enter our room on checkout day since 10:30am, way before checkout time. The breakfast did not have omelet to order. Upon asking the kitchen, everyday they said it’ll be there tomorrow. I already spoke about my experience with the staff and they are well aware of it. They advised me to file my complaint with ******* saying that ******* is a third party and it will contact the hotel and compensate for our experience at the hotel.

Elevator was out, no notice prior to arrival

No Kitchen. Toilet supplies are in poor quality. Room air is not fresh. No spoon in the breakfast dining area. Very small space in front of elevator.

Elevator not working, gym not available, and loud doors slamming all night long

I reserved room with 2 beds months in advance and they gave me one bed didn’t even tell me got to room one bed so went back to desk they said no double beds so had to stay in one bed room than they was not even going chang price back to one bed tell I said something at check out than I ask for a discount for the rooms ontop of the change to a one bed room price they had to ask manager and would email me Invioce they did just moved it to a one bed price no discount but thing is when I reserved room months ago one bed price was cheaper than the price they gave me now they gave me this day price not the price when I reserve rooms and no discount for there screw up mistakes
