出發前對於該酒店的評論很少，帶着疑問入住，從大門口的老牌高端感覺進到大廳，雖不像一些大牌連鎖酒店的奢華大廳，但伯克斯的大廳小巧精緻的大堂瞬間吸引了人。順利辦理完入住，上到房間，雖選擇了最普通的房間，但一進房間還是被典雅簡潔的裝修和用品吸引了，白灰黑為主的色調特別高雅，房間內有雀巢的咖啡機、JBL的藍牙音響等小設備，廁所內備品也非常高端，也備有加拿大酒店少有的拖鞋。牀品使用感覺特別舒服，比費爾蒙的牀品也舒服。酒店位於加拿大最熱鬧的區域，出門左轉再左轉就是商業街，斜對麪有lesuire商場，周邊有five guys、麥當勞等西餐，也有很多中餐、日本拉麵店，步行至老城區差不多15-20分鐘，觀景平台observation360就在酒店後面的樓裏。酒店服務也非常好，門童、前台經理都非常友好，真的強推這家

This hotel is by far the best place I have stayed in montreal. The location is amazing and a few minute walk to many shops and restaurants in the area. When staying here I was treated very kindly and was always greeted with a smile from hotel staff. The rooms here are beautiful and always freshly cleaned which makes the hotel even more welcoming. When staying at this hotel I always enjoy a relaxing facial that leaves my skin glowing and makes me feel relaxed. The gym also has high quality equipment and is always clean when I visit it. Another thing I enjoy here is the fantastic restaurant with fresh food and great service. The room service from the restaurant also had me shocked on the beautiful presentation of the food! By staying here I can tell that the staff work extra hard to please their guests. It is much appreciated. I will definitely be staying here again soon!

在蒙特利爾逗留期間,CBC爲我和妻子預訂了這家酒店。那是在爵士節期間,在街上的馬戲團,以及其他許多事件。酒店的工作人員非常有禮貌和友好。食物(特別是早餐)是頂級的,價格合理。房間更符合歐洲水平/風格,但淋浴很棒。會強烈推薦這家酒店。

酒店位置很好在蒙特利爾downtown，距離唐人街和old Montreal很近，走路十分鐘內。停車費30$一晚。環境，衛生，前台服務都不錯。 酒店包早餐，疫情期間早餐都是打包好一個袋子，麥片，🥚，牛奶都是涼的 圖片給幾張downtown景點的，酒店走路就過去樂，十分鐘左右

新開張不久的酒店，地處市中心，與HR商場相連，逛街吃飯都很方便。 房間及設施都很新，裝修風格比較現代，服務人員非常熱情，相比不遠處的裏茲卡爾頓，同一時段價格優惠些。 總體來說體驗感還是不錯的，物有所值吧，畢竟價格也不算便宜。

酒店就在蒙特利爾唐人街區,停車在下面,雖然小而緊張,有房間。停車每天收費小,典型的大城市。我去二樓辦理入住,被給了我高樓層的房間。這是市中心假日酒店的典型。房間乾淨,城市的景色不錯,爐子工作得很好,遺憾的是經常發現淋浴壓力弱。因爲我是白金IHG會員,我住的兩天都包括早餐。這是典型的美國人,儘管由於位置而在中國主題酒店。自助餐風格和餡料。工作人員很友好,樂於助人。我在美國收集了大量加拿大硬幣,他們很高興轉換爲賬單和loonies/toonies。這有助於在城市進行小採購。結賬很順利。我沒有任何安全問題,儘管晚上回來很晚。

First, Hilton-branded hotels are my chain of choice and I am also a Diamond Member and have been for years. We chose the Hampton Inn Downtown Montreal due to its location; close to Old Montreal, Chinatown, the shopping district, and restaurants. At check-in the customary ”thank you for being an Honors Member” was not mentioned though not a big deal! As a Diamond Member I asked about the comp upgrade if available. I was told by the agent at the front desk that there were no upgrades available and that I was in a room with a ”couch”! Not sure what the 1 ½ person couch would do but whatever. We arrived at our room, our small room. We were on a 7-day trip to cold climates with outdoor events therefore we had a lot of baggage - nowhere to put it all in the room. From the room, I dialed ”0” and asked if we could please be assigned another room. The person on the phone said ”yes, of course, we will put you in a suite!”. (See above, front desk agent, no suites available.) We arrived to a large suite with great amenities - full kitchen and appliances, corner room, lots of room, etc. The downside, the floors were a mess - I mentioned it but never heard back. We used a damp towel and cleaned the entire room ourselves. Oh, the towel, it wasn't healthy looking after that. The runner carpets at the bed were no better. I door parking was great BUT it's where all the ********* smokers gather though there's no indoor smoking in any of the building. BTW - note that ********* is TOTALLY legal in Canada so that was not the issue - smoking inside was the issue. So, great location, nice property, attention to detail and Hilton Honors members is very lacking and a front desk agent who got caught in a little lie!

我前往蒙特利爾出差，發現這家酒店是因為它每天都在會議中心附近。該酒店是一次很棒的經歷。很快步行到會議中心，包括早餐，乾淨的房間和大堂（房間的地板是木頭，而不是我喜歡的地毯！），超級友好和友善的員工等。早餐沒有任何熱食，但包括美味麵包和牛角麵包，百吉餅，煮雞蛋，奶酪，穀類食品，果汁等。還有一台可以煮拿鐵，卡布奇諾咖啡等的咖啡機，而且該咖啡機全天可用（為我節省了很多去星巴克的旅行！） 。房間裡有冰箱，但沒有微波爐。一天晚上，我從會議中心回來很晚，剩下的東西放在冰箱裡。我問服務台，他們告訴我要去早餐區，用微波爐以及我需要的任何餐具和銀器，所以也很棒。大堂有很好的座位和桌子，所以我晚上在那裡放鬆了。工作人員非常包容，願意在需要時提供幫助。酒店裡有健身房，但我沒有看。我們的房間裡還有一個Mac桌面，也很棒。總而言之，這是一次很棒的經歷，如果我回到該地區，我一定會再呆在那裡。我沒有汽車，所以我不是100％知道停車，但是我知道會展中心旁邊的車庫裡有停車的選項，所以這應該是個快速步行（但是要額外收費）。

位置很棒,如果你想靠近中國小鎮或老蒙特利爾。步行到市中心大約30分鐘。雖然停車價格昂貴,但值得,因爲地下車庫乾淨,明亮,方便和安全!!只要確保你的車票進出正常工作,它可能會變得緊張,因爲車庫有點緊張,當車票不會讓你出去時,不得不用你身後的汽車備份。我住在1409房間,很大很乾淨,但是有一個真空聲音,整天都會來回走動,但我們大部分時間都在探索。很棒的住宿,會再次回來!!
