蒙特利爾市中心時尚飯店，希爾頓格芮精選(Vogue Hotel Montreal Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton)

蒙特婁市中心時尚酒店是我今年住過的最好的住宿之一。飯店非常乾淨，提供很多服務，健身中心也很棒。位置非常好，距離最好的商店和餐廳僅幾步之遙。代客泊車系統也組織良好，員工提供優質的客戶服務。當我需要住在蒙特婁市中心時，我肯定會再次入住這家飯店。

I will give a one star bcs when we require to have a bottle water, the men in the front desk always trying to refuse us, as what he said, sure it’s not complimentary .However,the girl in the frontdesk was always willing to help,besides ! They totally forgot to do the housekeeping for us in one day of our stay, Not only this but also anti-lock us outside 15 minutes…BTW…I was busting to go to the toilet！！！

I stayed here 10 years ago as part of my honeymoon. It was listed as 5-star at the time, and was the most luxurious hotel I ever stayed at. Fast forward 10 years and I've been blessed to stay at many more 5-star hotels around the world, and I appreciate that this one has been downgraded to 4.5 stars, because its most definitely not 5-star. The service was 5 star. Everyone was super attentive and helpful. I'd put it on the better end of 5-stars. However the property itself showed signs of wear that a hotel at this level shouldn't. The tub shouldn't be scratched from cleaning, it should be pristine. The materials, and general luxury (apart from the soaps) were about par with a 4-star Hilton. The fact of the matter is the world is messed up with pricing right now that ruins everything. This is a great hotel, we loved our stay, but at $500 a night... not sure.

Front desk staff totally lack experience or expertise. There was no internet connectivity during my stay (no apology or whatsoever) young valet was very rude and inconsiderate who totally lacks customer service or basic etiquette. Rooms have poor soundproofing (you could hear drunk people screaming from the parking lot next door) and AC is set at 24 C permanently probably to save on electricity bill (it gets hot to unbearable levels). Valet is $60 per day (more expensive than four seasons next door). Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. Also, don’t be surprised if there are some extra random charges on your credit card. I noticed random $200 charge on my card sent an email to the hotel but no reply (it’s been 7 days)

Not worth it. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else for the same price. No internet, no sound proofing, loud parking lot next door, inconsiderate and rude young valet, most expensive valet service ($60 per night) in addition room tariff, no Ac (it’s permanently set to 24 C to save on electricity cost)

Welcoming was top notch . Room was very clean , bed , extremely comfortable . Layout of the room could not have been better . I travel often for work and this room , lobby , restaurant made this business trip that much better . We’ll done Vogue and great suggestion from *******
