酒店在機場附近，有接送服務，房間比較寬敞，有梳化床的房間，酒店樓下有個小酒吧，對面有幾家快餐店，出行方便。

Very basic hotel. 2-3 star at most. But at least the room is clean. No shuttle bus schedule. Need to call them at the airport for them to send a driver out. Transportation is OK with a Mississauga bus stop right in front for the hotel lobby.

前台工作人員非常粗魯，態度僵硬。遊客哪裡能用信用卡支付押金？我有一張加拿大銀行的金融卡，但前台工作人員並不滿意。工作人員需要學習如何與遊客溝通。房間裡發現了一隻活蟲。

Good hotel, helpful staffs, nice restaurant. I booked jacuzzi room, but jet was broken. They offered discount and gave some money back for compensation. I am happy for their consideration and service.

廚房套房非常漂亮，烹飪所需一應俱全！感覺就像家一樣，而不是飯店。房間寬敞，床和枕頭都很舒服。電梯在高峰時段可能會很擁擠。員工友好，入住手續快速。停車位充足。

Very disappointed for the closure of swimming pool during our visit… the gym room is small instead.
