This hotel says this is 5-stars but it is similar to 4-stars level quality. The interiors and the exterior of the hotel are great. The hotel staff was so kind to talk. The cleaners and restaurant staff were not great because they could not arrange filling soups and making waffles after I asked twice each.

飯店距離舊城區（粉紅之城）僅幾分鐘車程，員工非常友好，服務也很好。自助早餐沒什麼特別的，但我想每個人都能找到自己喜歡的。我們訂了一間安靜的房間，就在旁邊，寬敞乾淨。我覺得這家飯店非常適合齋浦爾觀光——我肯定會再次預訂。附近也有很多餐廳可以悠閒地享用晚餐。我們沒有去酒店自己的餐廳，但它看起來非常誘人。

Das Hotel konnte in Sachen Sauberkeit größtenteils überzeugen, doch insgesamt entsprach unser Aufenthalt im Shakun nicht unseren Erwartungen. Besonders störend war die starke Lärmbelästigung durch regelmäßig stattfindende Veranstaltungen in den internen Obergeschossen (3.–4. Etage), die oft bis spät in die Nacht andauerten. Selbst ein Zimmerwechsel in eine höhere Etage brachte keine wirkliche Besserung – was uns ehrlich gesagt ziemlich geärgert hat. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier definitiv nicht gut aufgehoben. Das Hotel bietet ausschließlich vegetarische Speisen an. Das sollte *** vorher wissen – wir haben das Angebot allerdings selbst nicht ausprobiert und können daher nichts zur Qualität sagen. Auch die vom Hotel angebotenen Services für Ausflüge und Erkundungstouren fanden wir deutlich überteuert – hier empfiehlt es sich, auf externe Anbieter zurückzugreifen.

The bathroom of the hotel really ****** with water logging in the entire bathroom due to no proper drainage. The hand shower wasn’t working n the shower knob was broken. The hotel staff didn’t really do much to help me with that inspite of complaining repeatedly. The breakfast was good n the hotel was decent but definitely not with the price you are paying for. It states its a five star but i would like to give only 3 stars to them

Un hôtel 5* digne de ce nom, un hôtel beau, propre, des chambres spacieuses, une piscine en bel état. Mais surtout, un formidable service, un personnel exemplaire et qui vous aidera au maximum si vous êtes en difficulté durant votre séjour !! Un immense merci à eux pour l accueil parfait durant notre passage à Jaipur !!!

Shakun Hotels and Resorts beeindruckt nicht nur durch seine imposanten Räumlichkeiten sondern auch durch die Sauberkeit und das sehr freundliche Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig und modern, und dank Pratisha bleiben beim Frühstücksbuffet keine Wünsche offen. Fazit: es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

We were booked into this hotel by our agent who made great choices on our behalf elsewhere. However, our experience was very similar to the 16% of people who rated their stay as poor or terrible, and we suffered many of the things they described. Staff were surly and bordering on rude to me. They were completely dismissive when we raised issues about the check-in service, the rude staff in the restaurant, a faulty key card, the attitude of the lobby staff, state of cleanliness in some areas, lack of dining options advertised in the room etc. It was awful. When we told them we were leaving after three hours and asked for a refund for the pre-paid rooms they were unconcerned and said they’d raise it with their managers. I can honestly say I’ve paid massively less for a dodgy motorway motel in the UK and got better service than that provided by the (claimed) 5 star Shakun. It is clear from all the other bad reviews that the hotel are aware of the poor service frequently provided but are choosing to disregard it. And we are still waiting for our full refund for the pre-paid room.

Rooms are value for money good ambience staff n other staff were courtesies quick in their service n manger Mr Amit sharma n staffteam n house keeping where good we forgott our values in hotel room locker n check out they properly collected everything from locker n inform us for the same n we collected back from them every items was their n we salute their honesty n promptness in informing us quickly we thanks them n wish very success in their life n we look forward for stay their in our future journey in jaipur

They only charge as per 5 star tariff otherwise its just a basic three star hotel with basic amenities, starting from entrance at night time it difficult to find the entrance their security willbe sleeping, reception people won't greet you the smile, matress in corridor is dirty dont know when they cleaned it last, electrical fittings are broken in room, bedsheets are not sparkley white, ACthermostat wont work, and house keeping staff will keep on greeting you im anticipation to get money mostly cause they get low salary. And for me they charged for extra person for my 9 year even though we were not provided with rollover bed.

Poor, non professional staff , old material stuff , location is good , staff specially manager very rude and unprofessional, I asked for a iron they provided one it was quite old and dirty iron and board , it leaved a strain on my shirt and burned it as well , on complaining instead of solving they put blame on me lastly I have to leave with dirty shirt . Poor services as well , staff respond very slowly, you need to call again and again to get the things at your room. Manager also told me to give review wherever you want so i am sharing my experience.

Good central location, clean and well-maintained room. The hotel offered competitive pricing and were accomodating.

Beautiful hotel with elegant decor and spacious rooms. Well maintained. Great service from check in , to breakfast and dinner service, and check out. Good security with card tap to access floors. We utilized the banquet hall for a Golden anniversary party for my parents and it was good size for a large gathering which made for a memorable photos. Like to shout out Pratisha on 2nd floor restaurant - she served us every morning in breakfast and once at dinner and she was very sweet and courteous and made nice conversation and was always smiling.
