淋浴頭都生銹了，出不來水。浴室設施老化嚴重，有很多黃斑。毛巾和床單上有黃色不明污漬。酒店拒絕換房和更換毛巾。 住過最離譜的酒店，還要一千一晚，無語🙄

周圍環境很好，免費停車，服務員態度很好。美中不足硬件設施是硬傷，床上用品太差，房內設施較舊，衹有走廊有一個窗子，沒法開窗簾，所以等於無窗。

物超所值的優秀酒店。在這裡度過了相當長的一段時間，直到我租了房子。每天清潔，充足的停車位，位於格倫代爾中心的優越位置。總之，我建議。酒店的工作人員非常友好。

不錯的位置，非常方便和非常好的和有禮貌的工作人員。

The room was ok. Beds were neat. My son liked his mattress but I didn't like mine. The pillows were flat. The bathtub was stained. Another guest was spray painting his van in the parking lot, which was really weird. Location was good. Short walk to many shops and restaurants.

This home is like home, I have stayed here in the past. This is my first go to anytime . Everyone at front desk are so kind and nice and helpful. Great people and great hotel.

Llegamos al cuarto, el baño está inundado de agua de una gotera que venía del techo y tenía bastante tiempo porque el agua llegó hasta la alfombra del cuarto. Llamamos a recepción y solo nos dieron unas toallas para el piso. Y una disculpa. Lo bueno que solo nos quedamos 1 noche.

Quiet area with plenty to do within walking distance. Wish the room had some amenities. No coffee maker, no microwave, no iron, very loud fan unit, terrible pillows. All in all OK but a couple small upgrades would go a long way..

We stayed for one night, and wanted to use the mini fridge as we were passing through. The place was clean, asked for a nonsmoking room, and it actually was nonsmoking. (Some places will have the sign but reek of smoke inside.) the fridge was much larger than expected. Checking in was a wonderful experience as we were greeted by a lovely family, and the location was amazing, if we weren’t just passing through, there would have been much to do, with a mall next door. The area felt safe enough. It was agreed that we’d add this hotel to our guides and book again if we ever needed a good place to rest in LA that wasn’t too costly.

toilet overflowed causing bathroom to flood. Staff handled me a plunger to use myself. they were out of towels had no way to clean of the mess. Told me they had no rooms left. So I checked out. No refund given, said Manger would do a refund Sunday, Its Sunday afternoon and still no refund.

Friendly, accommodating staff. This motel is no-frills but our room was clean. Our only real complaint was the A/C unit. Three of the four nights we were there, it rattled loudly in the middle of the night and then shut off. The only way to get it working again was to power down the system and then turn it back on.

The rooms were clean, but the mattresses in the bed felt like they were a bit worn out. The pillows were comfortable. The bedding was clean. I think they use too much furniture polish on the furniture, but the smell went away. Overall, the evening was quiet we were able to sleep and for the price and the ability to walk to different places downtown to eat or to have coffee was wonderful Check in was easy and very hospitable

We stayed there because it is like 10mins away from Forest Lawn and we were in Glendale for my grandma’s funeral and didn’t stay much in the room just to sleep. My daughter notice insect bites on her arms I told her maybe it was nothing and it will go away, But after a day its like everywhere in her body and it was bedbug bites from the hotel!! I called and told the lady I spoke to but they said they dont have that kind of problem. I dont believe her because We check in and we were fine, after our stay we have like bedbug bites on us! Like oh my god. I would never stay here again. I feel bad for my daughter now😔

Cons: The bed was too hard for a side-sleeper. The towel rack in the bathroom was clinging to the wall by the skin of its teeth. Sirens every night. Pros: Kind, friendly staff.
