While expecting culture and language to be diverse and inclusive, it must be remembered that goes BOTH ways. When giving directions on where to meet the hotel shuttle - understand that an outside "post" is NOT the same thing as an inside DOOR. When exiting the airport terminal, the first thing that is seen are a series of posts across the road which have the letter C and a number. Telling a customer to go to post B13 when there is NO such "post" is NOT helpful. It's at DOOR "B" which can only be viewed from INSIDE the terminal. Station 13 is right outside Door B.
We had a 4 night stay. Front desk informed us at check in they do not provide maid service and would only come into room if asked ahead of time. We had to ask for clean towels. First time they opened room door and threw a bag of clean towels onto floor. Second time they put them beside TV and did not remove soiled towels.

I booked less than 18 hours before I checked in and the price dropped $100. Hotel refused to help, ******* support chat was turned off and no phone number to call. I will never book through ******* or stay at this Comfort Inn ever again

The room itself and the property I took no issues with. Great for the price I paid. The service here is lacking however. There is no daily room service, you must request it. If you run out of clean towels or compliments and ask for more you are required to walk to the front desk. Given I wasn't even on the same floor this was annoying. My toilet clogged and I requested for someone to come and help us, but was told the room service people were gone for the evening and to call tomorrow. When I called in the morning they simply brought me a plunger. Why couldn't I have had that plunger the night before?
Strangeness overall. Service is not a strong suit. But the facilities are clean and the parking is plenty.
