Hotel room’s AC wasn’t working and there were a lot of ants. The floor seemed dirty too. Location is bad as there are only a few buses running per day however the bus station is 30 seconds away from the hotel. As is the beach. Overall Santorini is really expensive so you are getting what you paid for in the island. I’d rate it a 6 out of 10 but it’s a nice choice if you’re planning to save some money and not spend too much time at the hotel.

L'hotel è anche carino ma la zona è decisamente orribile per essere a Santorini. In alcune recensioni si legge che la spiaggia di Monolithos è adatta ai bambini ed è tra le piu belle. Falsissimo. Con il meltemi e le navi cargo ormeggiate a 200 metri?? Assolutamente da evitare. Specie a luglio e agosto con il vento. Magari giusto una notte se proprio dovete essere attaccati all'aeroporto... cosi sentite il vostro aereo decollare

Pessimo è poco . Rubbish Hotel super sconsigliato per la posizione innazitutto . È posto accanto ad una centrale elettrica che produce odore di carburante che invade tutta la struttura comprese le stanze . Aria irrespirabile . Non ha acqua potabile e Ve la dovete comprare. La carta igienica sporca di ..... non va nel gabinetto ma in un cestino accanto alla toilette. Sconsigliato anche perché posto davanti ad una spiaggia desolante con attraccate sempre due petroliere . È inoltre lontano da tutto. Sconsigliato anche per la maleducazione , la disonestà, la spazzatura umana dei gestori e di tutto il personale che lavora all'interno . Sgradevoli è poco. Inoltre va aggiunto che la camera viene pulita malissimo e si sente l'odore della resina usata. Attenzione tentano di truffarvi quando richiedete un taxi. Alla reception per non farci prenotare il taxi dal numero ufficiale ci hanno dato il numero della polizia portuale. Vogliono darvi un trasfer privato a tutti i costi e a prezzi altissimi. La prenotazione taxi ufficiali è comodissima . Sono affidabili e costa molto molto meno . All'arrivo nonostante avessimo prenotato due camere il ragazzo ?Kostantino ci ha consegnato una camera soltanto. Inoltre avevamo prenotato i soldi per una camera superiore ci hanno fatto stare in una camera inferiore perché non avevano una camera superiore senza scale (e uno di noi non può fare scale ) da darci. Hanno rubato la differenza . Sono ladri , sporchi e forse delinquenti anche . Attenti alla tassa di soggiorno. Vi rubano anche su quella . Sono tre euro a stanza . Loro invece vi chiederanno tre euro a persona al giorno. Andate altrove . Meglio cambiare isola che andare in questo posto al limite? della legalità. Rubbish!!! I soldi che ci hanno rubato non basteranno a tutta la gang Per comprarsi medicine per curarsi i tumori ai polmoni che sicuramente gli verranno per colpa dell'aria inquinata . Ladri . Disonesti .

Hôtel sympathique notamment du fait de la réceptionniste du soir qui est gentille, serviable et lumineuse. Elle apporte à elle seule une touche familiale et de proximité à cet établissement qui est bien tenu mais a pour inconvénient d’être situé très près de l’aéroport… et donc des avions.

To start, I would like to praise the reception staff (in particular Sunday), Nik the barman, and the cleaners who work so hard around the clock to make sure all guests have an amazing time. We cannot fault their service. The 1 star review reflects the attitude of Nikos the owner. Me and my best friend stayed here for 10 nights (we are both 25, enjoy a drink, socialising, and sight seeing). This hotel is NOT located in the midst of a holiday “vibe”. And to put it short, Nikos, who has a taxi shuttle for the hotel, expects a minimum of 15-20 euros (depending on time) ONE way to the closest resort (Kamari) located 2.7 miles away. That means, if you want to go out for dinner or drinks in the evening, that’s £35 for a return taxi which is just diabolical for a 5 minute drive. On our 3rd night, to keep costs down, we partnered with a couple in our hotel to visit Kamari to watch the Liverpool game. We decided to split the taxi 4 ways so we wasn’t paying so much and could enjoy a night out. Being 2 hours ahead in Greece, we got ready late, (10pm to meet kick off around 8pm English time). And just as we left the hotel, Nikos refused to take us if we split the fare. He expected me and my friend to pay separately, in the same cab, doing the same journey, 15 euros each. Even writing this doesn’t feel real. This man wanted to profit 60 euros for a 2.7 mile taxi ride. And that isn’t the worst of it. We met a German couple who were getting off the local bus a stop early at the airport and calling Nikos to pick them up at a cost of 10 euros. Nikos didn’t tell them they could stay on the bus for 2 extra minutes to get off the bus outside the hotel. If you have booked to stay here, please do not get ripped off by this man. Use the local bus (the bus stop is only a minute walk from the hotel) you can get a 1 way ticket for 1 euro 60 cent (it’s the same price back at any time to the capital Thira). This allowed us to enjoy our holiday without having to worry about transport and money. Where we did need a taxi, we booked one private as we didn’t feel comfortable around Nikos who we’d be lucky to get a smile from. If you are comfortable driving abroad then definitely hire a car. This will allow you to go absolutely anywhere, at anytime without worrying about extortionate taxi fares. One day we sunbathed on the beach opposite the hotel and walked back to the pool as it was too cold. Within seconds, nikos asked us to return to our room to finish the cans of coke we brought from the local supermarket. The final straw for us was leaving the hotel. As we flew back to the UK before midnight we had a late transfer. As it was late in the evening and we we were pushed for time, we ordered some food to the hotel. Everywhere on the island offers delivery service. When Nikos saw us eating at reception he was rudely complaining, in-front of us, to the reception staff. This made everybody in the room feel uncomfortable, and to be frank, was disgusting to watch as gues

Very beautiful and romantic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop close by to take you to explore the island and the staff informed us well about it and the also told us of the restaurants and local shop. The room we stayed in was clean and modern with a living area, bathroom and bedroom and a little courtyard outside our door with table and chairs. There was a Nespresso machine and 4 pods, these were not replenished in our stay (3 nights) also they provided us with a bottle of water on the first night as you can’t drink water from the taps but again was not given another one in our stay (I’m sure we could of asked and they would of given us more but we were happy to just bring water back from our days out). The pool/bar area is very nice and catches the sun from morning until sunset. The drinks are on the slightly higher side but this is common for Santorini. The breakfast is very nice with a good selection of different things you would expect on a continental buffet, the pastries are particularly nice. Our flight was late so the hotel stored our bags and let us use the shower room before our transfer. Overall great experience.

The room was clean and equipped with kettle, coffee maker, bottle opener, dishes and glasses for 3, and hair dryer. Drinking water was provided each day, and the hotel has a pool and free WiFi. Once I understood that the vibe was supposed to be "Cycladic Village" hence cement construction, heavy shutters, minimalist decor with bare light bulbs for bedside lamps, I was able to accept the room, but I did not love it, nor could I find the "luxury" other reviewers wrote about. Rooms were not equipped with amenities like tissue, slippers, robes, or body cream. The light in the magnifying mirror did not work, and the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and not replenished during my stay (I used shower gel instead). My room had table and chairs in a public area (not a private balcony as shown in the photos), shutters that were blocked by branches and could not be properly opened. There was inadequate outside lighting and arriving at my room after dark, I could not find the keyhole and had trouble unlocking the door. I should have asked for another room that faced toward the beach to avoid the full brunt of the sun all day and perhaps avoid all the other problems of this particular room. On a positive note, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were the best of the five hotels I stayed at.

Spent 7 nights here and such a lovely small hotel. Accommodation was so comfortable, pool area so relaxing with great bar and daytime food options. Breakfast was also good if you are happy with simple , self service style. Varied selection. Opposite the beach. Only 5 mins transfer from airport so be prepared for plane noise. Difficult to walk any distance especially after dark as no lighting and no proper roads / pavements. Limits options for dinner as no taxis and transfers expensive. Definitely worth mentioning the team here who make the stay - welcoming / informative and always on hand. Cocktails at bar were superb. Thank you for looking after everyone so well.

Looking for an oasis of calmness on a busy island, this is the place! Small sized hotel, all luxery combined with nice designed architecture , excellent dishes all kind (Thx Martha!!), what a person can which more? But...there is more! The way the full staff is treating you....outstanding! So professional, so kind, so warm, so helpfull, spontaneous,.... after 50 years traveling, we never experienced this before! The hotel is supposed to be 4 starts but in reality they got more : Konstantina, Vasilici, Martha, Konstastinos, Saba,..... (=shortlist....) They are the best thinkable publicity the hotel can have, not less, for Santorini, for Greece. Thank you!!!!!!

Stop reading the reviews and book this hotel before you miss out! The exceptional owner and staff make this beautiful hotel the best choice in Santorini. The staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and rightfully proud of the 5* service they deliver. We booked on the reviews alone, and were not dissapointed. Hotel is beautifully presented and perfect if you're looking for something relaxed, clean and high quality. You will only be dissapointed if you book somewhere else.

We highly recommend the hotel, excellent location and a great atmosphere. The staff is impeccable, very attentive, very friendly and professional. Congratulations to the management, and a special thanks to each of the members of the team, from the reception, bar and the beautiful smile of the lady at breakfast. Thank you very much. A friendly quiet clean hotel. The staff were so helpful and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Lovely spacey clean rooms with a traditional touch. Comfy pool, bar n dining place. Very tasty cousin all meals n snacks sooo good! The stuff is very helpful n full of tips where to go n where not to. Beach just across the street with free hommock n beach towels. I'll be back

On arrival at night we were impressed with the beautiful lighted pathways and our upper floor suite which was tastefully decorated and the whitewashed walls with rustic furniture gave that authentic greek touch , I cannot rave enough about the staff at this hotel who smile all day and treat you well , The breakfast is kept fresh and simple and has plenty of choice , The lunchtime menu and evening food is excellent and very reasonably priced as is everything within the hotel and would suggest using the hotels facilities when there , Kostas was the guy in charge and made sure we were always looked after by his staff and a special mention to his barman Saba who was always on hand to pour me a beer or two , I look forward to returning here as it was many years since i went to Greece and this hotel and staff helped remind me how charming and beautiful it was . Use the local buses to get you into Fira and Kamari otherwise you could spend a bit on taxis if you arent driving yourselves around , Use the local beach as its lovely and quiet and your days pass by peacefully .
