Needed a place to sleep for the night on our way back to KC from Florida. Booked the Embassy and paid $200 for a few hours of sleep because I wanted a clean and comfortable place after a long drive without worry. Got to our room and it was filthy! Shredded cheese all over the dining table and spilled soda. Went to pull back the covers and there was a pair of dirty slippers in the bed!!! Went to the front and they desk and they moved us to new room. Got to the 2nd room and the beds were unmaid and dirty!!! Switched to a third room and it had ZERO towels and the toilet was clogged. We had to use rhe lobby restrooms as there was one employee working and no maintenance!

Memphis , do better! Give me $ back Check in was simple but the check in fella was not very personable. Got up to the room and pulled out the sofa sleeper, the cover was urine stained and was dirty with black grain like stuff all over it. There was no linens for it AT ALL. My husband had to go down to get some, they didn't even care about the fifth of it. We had no extra toilet paper , hardly any on the roll and it ran out. The breakfast was awful! Food was cold and gross! Staff at the breakfast area was rude with the exception of one lady who was a gem (bussing off tables). Garbage was overflowing outside ..... just a dump!

WE HAD NO TV A STORM CAME THE NIGHT BEFORE WE CALLED AND ASK WAS EVERYTHING OK A D THEY SAID YES WE GOT THERE NO TELEVISION SERVICE THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE UP WE WENT TO GET FOOD AND NO BODY HAD STILL BEEN THERE AFTER 30 MORE MINUTES THE SERVICE GUY SAID THE STORM KNOCKED CABLE SERVE OUT AND IT WILL NOT BE FIXED TILL TOMMOROW BUT WE CAN GO ON TUBI AND PLUTO AND WATCH MOVIES, EHAT ITS SUNDAY NIGHT WE WATCH FOOTBALL! Breakfast was HORRIBLE NOT ONLY WERE WE WAITING ON PLATES AND UTENSILS BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY ONLY HAD ONE DISHWASHER WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 20 MINUTES FOR THEM TO MAKE WAFFLE MIX VERY DISAPPOINTED WELL THE LADY THAT MAKES THE OMELETS WAS BUSY BECAUSE THAT WAS THE BEST THING GOING BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAD SEVERAL CHILDREN WHI WAS NOT INTERESTED

There was a lot of human hair in the tub drain, and a lot of human hair in the bathroom.

Great value,, Comfortable Stay Overall, our stay was good. We've stayed at other Embassy so the evening reception was fair compared to others. They use disposable plates and plastic ware at breakfast. Their omelets are smaller than other Embassy Suites and the choices on the breakfast bar are good not just as plentiful as others. This may be due to the economy, so this may be the new norm for Embassy Suites. The pool space was good. It closed an hour early each night. The people were friendly and we would stay here again!

We had several issues with our stay, 2 phones in the room. Neither one worked , we addressed it but it was never resolved, our kids room TV had missing remote control, and would not work without the remote control, it was addressed twice and it wasn’t resolved Many families with kids, their kids were running around the hallways in the main floor, shouting most of our stay ! Some parents were watching them and not doing anything about it!
