We rented this room in particular because it is advertised as having a deep soak bath tube. The tub in the room standard and due to handicap accessories you cannot comfortably lay in it. There were hundreds of rooms in Memphis last night. We chose to stay at this one because of the bathtub option. Without it the room was a disappointment. Great staff and service. The room could have been cleaner and been closer to what was advertised.

We were there for 4 nights, not once was our room cleaned. Even after calling and asking twice. There was a storm previous day, and I realize they were dealing with staffing issues, but staff was not helpful on things like where to get basic supplies. “You can look it up on your phone” was one answer. No water pressure, no coffe in room or downstairs. Kinda miserable if it wasn’t for the awesome music on Beal.

Updated. Very spacious rooms. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently located downtown within walking distance to a variety of attractions. I understand they are not accustomed to snow but I was surprised the lack of snow removal on sidewalks around the facility. Overall great stay, I would definitely stay there again.

Close to entertainment. We found the beds not as comfortable as other hotels and the bathroom was not as clean as we would expect. Also they don’t offer self parking.

All was good. Valet was basically self service, so that was fine w me!!! Reported shower not being warm or hot....tepid at best.Overall hotel was nice.

Dawn and Anthony were great! Service was the best I’ve ever experienced in Memphis! I will be back!

Wonderful downtown hotel! Felt very safe and it was clean. Staff was amazing and we will be back!

Nice hotel and it's within walking distance of some attractions. Downtown Memphis can be sketchy, so watch where you go, park and stay. Twice we were warned about where cars are parked. This hotel charges $32 per day for valet and even if you don't use them they charge you anyway. Better option is to stay at the Doubletree next door with free parking.
