孟菲斯市中心逸林飯店(DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Memphis Downtown)

Hotel com boa estrutura e bom atendimento, funcionários cordiais, com bom valet parking, embora necessite de renovação nos quartos e na estrutura, pois já é antigo. Fomos no entanto muito bem atendidos e o o café da manhã é excelente!

Très bel hôtel et bien situé (proche de Beal St) Service de voiturier efficace. Chambre confortable Par contre comme il est situé proche du centre ville, c'est extrêmement bruyant dans la rue (course de voitures et motos ?) et les vitres ne sont pas vraiment anti-bruit. Pourtant nous étions au septième étage. Attention, les chambres ne sont pas nettoyées tous les jours, mais on peut en faire la demande.

Hotellia varatessa pitäisi mainita että valet parkki on lisämaksullinen. Aamiainen oli listalta ja tarjoiltu pöytään. Se oli oikein maittava.

The room was nothing like the photos. The room did not have a microwave or fridge. The chairs had stains in them. There was a fire on the side of the building, we were inconvenienced for hours. The hotel still smelled like smoke when we went in and stayed there for the night. There was no kind of inconvenience fee or gesture offered at all.

Liked the artwork & location and the valet clerk. Front desk staff was extremely cold and disconnected. In fact the valet staff could have given the front desk staff a lesson in customer service. Besides our room not being ready at 3:30 they (one in particular) never greeted us, showed no empathy for making us wait in the lobby, and never notified us when a room became available, and NEVER took her feet off the counter behind the front desk the entire time we dealt with her. The room was missing furniture (chair) and the coffee maker didn't work. The bathroom was in serious need of refurbishing as the caulk, grout and wallpaper were all falling off/out.

The hotel could use a bit of a refresh. The shower wouldn’t turn off and dripped for 2 days there is a bit of a musty smell. The walls are dingy and overall not my first pick. If you have a choice consider saying at the Peabody next door.

Very disappointed in the size of the room and lack of amenities. We stay Double Tree often, Hilton Always. And this is the first time we’ve been disappointed. May start looking at other hotel chains after this stay.

The location was great and very convenient. Everything is great walking distance. I didn’t like how the room had ants and nothing was done.
