阿爾卑霍夫飯店(Hotel Alpenhof)

Hotel adatto principalmente per famiglie con bambini piccoli (ci sono molti servizi per loro). Il cibo non è male e i servizi che offre sono innumerevoli (ping pong, piscina, sauna, bagno turco, palestra, giardino). Farei qualcosa di più nella scelta dell'open bar con formula all-inclusive (i drink a disposizione sono veramente pochi e di scarsa qualità) e nel servizio (a volte un po' scortesi).

Vacanza in famiglia in questa struttura per la prima volta. Gia stati a St.Jackob, abbiamo voluto provare questo hotel in formula all inclusive trovandoci bene. Ottima la colazione e anche la cena, con piatti serviti al tavolo poco capienti ma accompagnati da un ricco buffet vario!!! Spa bella con piscina e sauna e bagno turco. Quello che ci ha colpito e' la pulizia generale jn ogni dove!!! Lo consiglierei soprattutto a famiglie con bambini.

Hôtel assez grand avec une formule tout inclus, y compris les boissons à certaines heures. La formule est vraiment intéressante avec beaucoup de boissons proposées. Bonne localisation et très au calme. Les chambres sont grandes avec un balcon. La salle de bain est bien, mais c'est une baignoire avec un rideau... un peu moins pratique donc, mais très propre. Le buffet au petit-déjeuner et au repas sont bien, avec pas mal de choix. Le plat principal ne nous a pas toujours plu, mais globalement c'est bon. Accueil et disponibilité très bons. Les clients sont majoritairement italiens et allemands. Le personnel parle allemand, anglais et italien. Une très belle vallée idéale pour les randonnées.

wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Hotel Alpenhof und wie beim ersten Mal total begeistert und sehr zufrieden. Besonders die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist zu erwähnen . Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, wir hatten unser Zimmer vom letzten Jahr wieder erhalten. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet, das All inclusive Angebot wurde reduziert war aber unserer Meinung nach völlig ausreichend. Im ersten Jahr hatten einige Gäste es mit den kostenlosen Getränke doch wohl übertrieben.

Conoscevamo già Saint Jakob ma era la prima volta che alloggiavamo in questa struttura ed è stata una vera sorpresa. Parto subito con il Personale super Gentile a partire Da Paolo in Sala e dagli altri camerieri. Il cibo è buono migliorerei solo l'offerta dei cocktail compresi nell'all inclusive. Pulizia impeccabile. Zone wellness super con piscina, sauna e bagno turco. Il Top per noi che avevamo una bambina di sei anni è stato il mini club con l'animatore Jacopo super paziente e molto Bravo con i bambini. Ogni giorno potevano creare lavoretti nuovi, ballare, giocare e divertirsi. Sicuramente torneremo in questo posto.

Ich persönlich hatte ein 2-monatiges Pflichtpraktikum von der Schule aus gemacht, und mich für dieses Hotel entschieden. Dieses ging über den Sommer 2022. Beim Service in den Restaurants kann man nicht meckern, die Servicekräfte sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen in der Früh ist in Ordnung, wobei von frische nicht immer die Rede sein kann, meistens passt es jedoch. Die Jausen sowie die Bar sind immer gut und empfehlenswert. Durch meine Arbeitszeit in der Küche weiß ich leider auch wie es da abgelaufen ist. Beim Abendessen ist von frischen Zutaten so gut wie nie zu reden. Der tiefgekühlte Fisch wird im nicht gerade sauberen Waschbecken aufgetaut, schimmelndes Gemüse wie noch irgendwie zum Servieren zurechtgeschnitten und ALLES WIRKLICH ALLES was geht, ist tiefgekühlt. Die 2 Hauptköche sind nicht gerade hygienisch und waschen sich wirklich selten die Hände. Eine Zigarette mit einem Spritzwein ist, bei den beiden wirklich ein muss, STÜNDLICH. Die Zimmer sind zwar immer sehr sauber, die Ausstattung lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig (in den normalen Zimmern). Sehr viel in den Zimmern ist veraltet, wurde aber sichtlich nicht dem alten Flair nach eingerichtet, sondern hat schon die ein oder anderen Jahre auf dem Buckel. Ich persönlich würde nicht hingehen.

The second time there, and hope for the next ski vacation, the food was really taste, our children liked the pool, the services are very good, close to ski resort, nice lobby, and friendly atmosphere!

This hotel isn't the newest, most refined hotel in the area, but the staff and accomodations all make up for it. The wellness area is well-aquipped. The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms however might need a refresh, as do the rest of the room and balcony in order to live up to modern standards. They kept the rooms in perfect condition however, so you might not even notice it. This hotel has an excellent value for money balance. The view outside the windows is excellent and it's located in a very quiet area.

The staff is unkind. The food is old! Maybe in the past hotel was good but these days it’s ugly low cost. We got poisoned by old dressing… I’m really sad about it. I’m informing sanepid because it’s not the first time there. Location is ok. Rooms are old.
