Experienced very good hospitality, very good food and good ambience and overall experience is excellent I would like to suggest about improvements is all about road and also about some hoarding board of hotel location I would like to thank once again

We stayed at this hotel last week and it was such a lovely experience. Staff was very courteous and ready to assist always. Ram in restaurant Nitish in housekeeping were great hosts. Rooms were clean and Food was delicious. View from the hotel was to die for Highly recommended.

Best hotel in manali I would say as compared to any hotel in manali. In terms of food and rooms and service of housekeeping and all over staff of the hotel. Breakfast was too good and comfy as felt like home. Because of Mr Kahan manager he was always there for us if anything persist in food. Rooms were just so cozy and comfortable as we stayed in property's higher category room which is duplex. Few names to give as they were always available for us Punit, ankita and from housekeeping Kishan , patea, manilal ,fawmkima(lka) and but obvious Rakshpal who is housekeeping head . Much satisfied with there housekeeping team and especially hotels concept of giving jobs to needy mizoram people. Such a good thing to hear that actually hotel is helping such people of mizoram.they are so kind and hard working. And last but not least rooms of the property offers such a fabulous view and I would say each and every room of the hotel provides beautiful snow capped mountain views . Everything worked as expected. Must visit to the property if in manali. Good food good staff good views good rooms. Best justa property in India.

We had a great experience in justa grand view manali tasty food, courteous staff. Rooms were neat and clean and well maintained property. The view from the rooms is quite pleasant. They have a lawn area also you can have a great view of snow clad mountains. Thanks for the entire staff and management to make our stay memorable.

Staff is very friendly. Are approachable anytime for the service. Hospitality and food is good. They prepare the food as per our preference if requested for. Very calm place and nice ambience. The view was really good. Kids and family friendly.Rooms are maintained well.

My stay at Justa Grand View for three nights was exceptional. The hotel offers amazing hospitality, with breathtaking views of apple orchards that made the experience truly mesmerizing. A special mention goes to the restaurant manager, Mr. Kahan Singh, whose outstanding service greatly enhanced our stay. Excellent stay with breathing views . Excellent service. Every staff member of this hotel was so polite and it was a memorable stay for us , traveling all the way to Manali from Kerala.
