Our name on the tv screen was spelt wrongly for straight 2 days, which was unacceptable. Room facing partial haram view was good. Major setbacks were : 1. the electricity was suddenly cut off for a long 2 hour period 2. same thing with the guests toilet at the lobby, no electricity.

Had an excellent stay in room 1911 with good food for the visit to haram. The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel is outstanding. View to haram is good also with masjid facility in hotel premises. Hospitality was great and housekeeping staff Mr.Mohammed Farhan and Mr. Abdul was prompt on their service. Keep up the good work and kudos to the entire team.

Both of you, the trip.com and the hotel hyatt regency and the worst experience ever and never again.  So stingy.

Good hotel to stay with only around 5 mins walking to Haram, which is gate 79. Got room with partial Haram view which is excellence. Love Jabal Omar area since it is not too crowded and great food in Souq Al Khalil. Hope can come again and please don't hike up the price too much.

Very modern hotel with great service when compared to another 5* we stayed at in makkah just before it. All staff understand english and are more approachable and the lifts are not a nightmare. Only improvement is amenities is the room such as dental kits but im sure if asked for they would provide. Would stay here again

Awesome service from start to finish. Perfectly located near gate 79 for Umrah. The breakfast and evening food was excellent with a range of options. Will be staying again inshaAllah. All the staff at the Oasis were very accommodating, especially Omar at the tables and Nabawi the main chef.

Room is clean but a bit far from Haram

The hotel is nice, staff are cooperative and kind, the location is perfect, the breakfast are vary and tasty, highly recommended , there is no triple room available on the hotel they will add additional bed which may affect the room arrangement

One of my best stays breakfast was just more than perfect don’t miss it with a nice Arabic coffee corner in the reception a perfect location

Very good hotel , very welcoming crew and friendly, location is great
