가격대비 위생이나 서비스는 아쉬웠지만 하루정도 지내기에는 좋습니다. 슬리퍼나 칫솔같은 일회용품은 없으니 챙겨가세요.

The hotel was run down. The room type I reserved was not available (not cleaned) and then we were given a king room but the bed was a queen. The room had a flickering light. Every day, our cards were deactivated and had to be reactivated by the staff. The staff was average. Our room was only cleaned once during a 3 night stay. The road noise was quite bad.

The property had areas that remained dirty during my stay. Garbage in the hallways and by the ice machine left for days. The garbage can outside filled and overflowing with all types of filth. The bathroom shower was clogged. The hotel also had permanent residents not just one or two multiple families. It felt like an apartment building complex! Never again!

They were aware that a particular room had issues: the chain lock could lock the guests out. In fact, I got locked out and had to stay in a different room over night, and had to wait for their manager to come at 9:30 am to open that room for my luggages while my flight is at 4 pm.
Said by the one of the front desk agents: ah it’s this room, the chain lock is an issue all the time, the front desk should never rent this one out.
Even under this situation, the manager refuses to apologize.
Poorly maintained hotel. Will never choose it again.

There should a time posted at the bistro dining area. I also think it should be open longer for breakfast than 10am. Need a thermostat in the fitness center, it was a little warm while working out. The place was very clean staff was nice. Very happy with our stay.

We had an overnight stay at Courtyard by Marriott Mahwah for a family event. The reception at the front desk was pleasant and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also had snacks at the bar where the service was great. We would use the hotel again.

Lazaria, the front desk person seemed like she could care less about what I needed. This person should be behind a desk and not in contect with people!!
Basically i asked for a cart to carry luggage to my room. She grunted out "at the end of the hall way" I asked which way? her reply was either so I went to the right side and nothing, the I walked to the other side and nothing there either. I want back to ask for help and this time she said down by the elevator so I walked to the right and all the way down the hall to the elevator and NO cart! I went back to the front dest and asked for help... she shrugged her shoulders and was not willing to do anything. I will NEVER stay at this location again!
