馬德里鄰近verdad Park的飯店

總體很滿意。感覺類似於國內的漢庭。更簡單，很乾凈。有瓶裝的洗手液和沐浴液，其它一次性用品（牙刷拖鞋）沒有。歐洲大部分酒店都不主動提供一次性用品。實在需要可以向前台要。退房很便捷，將房卡投入到指定的小盒子裏就可以直接推箱子走人了。唯一美中不足的是訂單上標註了請儘量安排安靜的房間，結果還是給安排了沿街麪的房間，而且馬路對面正好在蓋樓裝修，白天一直轟隆隆，沒法在室內呆著。出門不遠就是地鐵和車站，交通也方便。其它方面都很滿意。

I visited Hotel Puerta De Toledo with my friend (Booked under her name) during 24-28 May 2023. Impressed with the hotel at first but later had some complaints. The room is nice, good view from our window and great shower/bathroom. The location of the hotel is ideal, we had a stroll into the centre daily. We were disappointed with the TV as it was very small & unable to connect our phones to watch our own films/shows via Netflix etc. The wifi was also very poor and we had to use our mobile data while staying here. breakfast at the hotel was also very standard, we had expected a lot better. However, the noise was our worst factor - it was unbearable. We were unable to sleep at night - the floors are wooden so we could hear people walking on it in the room above us (Which sounded like stomping!) We could also hear when the rooms around us used the shower/ flushed the toilet which was very unpleasant. We were woken up in the mornings to doors slamming from people leaving their rooms for breakfast/ cleaners going in and out of rooms. This was so bad that I went to reception to complain (After our 3rd night), who just listened and told us that he would 'find out what the noise was (ie cleaners etc) and ask them to be quieter the next night'. This was absolutely no use and would have been nice for them to offer us some money back for the night that we weren't able to sleep. As expected, the noise did not improve the following night/ morning, but we were leaving that day anyway. I would appreciate if the hotel could contact us to discuss the complaint further.

Lovely clean hotel right opposite the palace. Large bathrooms and functioning bath tub and shower. Room quiet despite being on a main road. Breakfast selection very good but the machine coffee is, well, machine coffee. Strange although there is a kettle in the room and teabags of various flavours there is no coffee in the rooms. Bring coffee bags if that’s your morning need. Staff very pleasant so all in all can’t fault it at the price. But get coffee in the rooms.

We stayed at the Hotel Opera recently for the second time, to celebrate a special Wedding Anniversary. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the Opera House and close to all the attractions of central Madrid. We had nothing but excellent service from the staff throughout our whole stay - they are very responsive and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need including a few little extras like a comb and shoeshine. Breakfast was excellent every morning, a great choice of English-style and continental offerings, The Spanish tortilla and home-made fruit tarts are particularly recommended. You need to book breakfast at a specific time, and this avoids the ”scrum” that some previous reviewers have described. Just two things prevent me giving a 5-star review. First of all it is some time since the hotel was refurbished so some of the fittings are starting to look a little tired. Secondly the cafe has changed since we were last there, it used to be possible to get tapas-style snacks from a counter display 24/7, now it is table service with hot food only available when the kitchen is open - in the evening it starts serving at 8pm which is a little late for us, so if you feel the same you need to go out to one of the many good tapas bars around. But overall we love this hotel and will certainly revisit!

我們住了一個星期,真的很喜歡。特別乾淨,非常友好和細心的工作人員,樓下酒吧區和屋頂酒吧的氣氛很好,早餐很好,房間很舒適,設備齊全。一開始不太確定這個地區,但我們很快就覺得很舒服,在旅遊小道附近發現了一些很棒的酒吧和餐館步行到市中心、拉拉丁區、埃爾拉斯特羅、公園(埃爾雷蒂羅)、藝術畫廊和地鐵/火車連接的絕佳位置。喜歡馬德里。

酒店地理位置很好，出門就是大量露天餐廳和購物場所。但是酒店衹有某一種房型可以入住三人，不管夫妻倆攜帶一名小童或者父母一方攜帶兩名小童，前台嚴格執行衹可入住兩人的規定。需加錢換到另一個有沙發床的房型才可以三人入住。這個信息酒店在攜程訂房時完全沒有提供。

Good place to stay for short trips to Madrid, we will probably book again at the property in the future, perhaps with breakfast and late check out for a change. We loved the enviroment and atmosphere. Beds where confy, but if you have big luggage it may be an issue Lockers available as well.

I have stayed in many hostels before but at TOC it was the first time I stayed in a shared room ( female only). I was a bit worried as I didn't know what to expect but it turned out great. The hostel is awesome, has friendly staff and is the most modern hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were quite nicely soundproofed as you couldn't hear much from the hallways as it is usual for other hostels. In my 6 bed female room, we had 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and 2 showers - it was enough. :) I will be coming back, definitely!

Very uncomfortable experience that I had to leave 2 days earlier than planned as I found it terrible! The room is underground so it os claustrophobic, damp and hot. Window is locked with a key, they consistently turn off the aircondition in the night, so everyone in the room woke up around 3-4 am every night, no air and so warm. We complained via whatsapp but it wasnt fixed. In the morning the toilet was either plugged or broken and couldnt be flushed. The room is so tiny you cannot be two people awake, as you cant open drawers or get dressed. The area is dead, and to get to somewhere nice you have to walk 15-20 mins or take the bus. I would not recommend this to anyone just sleeping for a night either. You have to make your bed in the dark and you wont sleep well. Checked into Generator hostel instead, and was so much more comfortable there, close to everything, cool, proper duvets, space, windows! Nope, never again. No common space either. Everyone there just looked and sounded super uncomfortable and miserable all the time😬

很棒的酒店，出門即是地鐵，周邊餐飲豐富，街區也不吵鬧，重要的周邊有華人營業的餐館，超市，所以很容易得到幫助！
