馬德里設有 Spa 的熱門飯店

來這間酒店基本都是跟機場相關的。説實話原本不抱期望，但確實驚艷無比。 位置以為很荒涼，實則挺熱鬧，周邊飯館 小超市都有，還有中餐廳。 房間乾淨，整潔，床也舒服。 早餐不錯。 服務也不錯，即便退房速度慢一點，但也不錯。 機場免費巴士準時高效

我和丈夫在西班牙的第一晚只在這裏住了一晚,我們絕對喜歡它。很難離開。我們在四樓有一個高級房間,外部看起來很漂亮。我們剛到時房間沒有空,所以我們在主大堂酒吧喝茶。很好吃。一旦我們的房間準備好了,他們護送我們和我們的行李在那裏,不久之後,給我們送了一件很好的歡迎禮物 - 來自西班牙這個地區的美味餡餅,稱爲加利西亞。我想他們寄的是因爲我告訴辦理入住時的女人,我在加利西亞學習過,我們要去那裏,她來自那裏,所以我認爲歡迎禮物很好,特別,量身定製,當然也很好吃,房間很漂亮。我們沉入的大牀舒服。我想要牀單和枕頭給我的房子。第二天早上在設備齊全的健身房鍛鍊,然後第二天早上我們在頂樓吃早餐。美味的自助餐,並製作了點雞蛋。很棒的關心服務。總的來說,這是馬德里一個很棒的中心位置的頂級酒店。當然值得揮霍。

非常有格調的酒店，古老幽美。酒店就在市區，麗池公園旁邊，停車門口代泊，周邊遊玩走路即可。早餐也相當好。酒店的下午茶在整個歐洲都相當有名。房間雖然看起來比較古老，但非常有皇家氣息。

我真的很喜歡在這裏住。我的房間很乾淨,很大很乾淨,浴室更新得很好。工作人員也很好,樂於助人。我傻了,沒用完水槽的排水塞,就卡在水槽上面了。我跟前台解釋什麼不對,一個很親切的修理工在我問的5-10分鐘內就整理好了。我確實會說西班牙語,所以我無法評論他們對其他遊客的英語能力。然而,我謹慎地說:這家酒店距離馬德里市中心大約一個小時的交通。地鐵的終點已經過去了,你要麼坐公共汽車,要麼步行大約20分鐘(也提醒:如果你午夜後從市中心回來,公共汽車不會定期運行)。話雖如此,這是一個非常好的區域,步行到車站非常寧靜。即使作爲一個21歲的獨奏女性在午夜後走回來,我從來沒有感到不安全。當我去(2月中旬)的時候,它聞起來真的很好,因爲鮮花盛開。只是一個FYI,因爲在市中心遇到朋友/在那裏做事情,然後知道你至少有一個小時才回到酒店,這有點煩人。

一、我們預訂了兩間雙人床房間，入住時結果給了我們一個大床房，一個雙床房，兩個男成年同志總不能住在一張床上啊，就去前台協調，前台告知換房間要額外收取30歐元的費用！難道酒店不用遵守協議嗎？難道酒店不用遵守預定嗎？希望攜程給個說法！！！二、還有就是服務台根本就沒有華人禮遇！也不是像攜程上說的那樣會中文交流！三、我們到達酒店被額外收取了600元歐元的押金退房後到現在也沒有到賬提示！很擔心！

從上海飛馬德里的 晚上7點多到的 到酒店check in很快 早飯很不錯 小朋友是可以一起用餐的 不用另外付錢 有英式早飯 在歐洲這樣的地方有熱乎乎的早飯已經很不錯啦～早飯是6.30開始～對於倒時差的我們也是非常友好！在機場附近很推薦！服務很好～

As a Marriott Titanium / Lifetime Platinum Elite Guest, our family [husband, wife and two young daughters] decided to visit Madrid, Spain to start our month-long 2023 summer vacation in Europe. We spent five (5) nights at Westin Palace Madrid using our Bonvoy points in late May / early June 2023. Please see the thirty-eight (38) photos we posted with this review of all aspects of the hotel. Within days after making our five (5) night stay using Marriott Bonvoy points approximately ten (10) months prior to our arrival date, we emailed General Manager, Pablo Flores and advised him of our future stay as well as our special requests, including our request for an Executive Suite, which would comfortably host our family of four. Within hours of our email, we received a thoughtful reply Paloma Hidalgo, Director of Rooms, whom immediately provided us with a complimentary guaranteed upgrade to an Executive Suite and further, Ms. Hidalgo readily granted all of our other special requests. The prompt response did not come as a surprise to us given how active the management of this property is in reading and promptly replying to past guests on Trip Advisor as well as the Marriott Bonvoy website, which is but a mere sign of management’s commitment to exemplary customer service. Not surprisingly, we were overjoyed with such a response and really looked forward to our future stay at The Westin Palace Madrid. This gorgeous historic hotel is magnificently located in Madrid overlooking the Neptune Fountain and less than a three minute walk to the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, less than a five minute walk to the Prado Museum and less than a ten minute walk to the Reina Sofia Museum. It is also extremely close to Retiro Park and is within an easy 15 minute walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Gran Via as well as many bars, restaurant, trendy cafés, market and other cultural attractions. You can easily walk everywhere throughout the entire city but public transportation options abound in close proximity to the hotel as well. Our initial visit to the Westin Palace Madrid did not disappoint, especially when the hotel accommodated our extremely early check-in (before 9:00 am). The check-in process with Ms. Hidalgo, Estefanía Martinez, Front Office Assistant Manager and Juan at the reception desk was a breeze. Further, Ms. Martinez was kind enough to personally escort us to our suite and show us all of the features and amenities of same. This was very thoughtful on the part of Ms. Martinez and very much appreciated. Throughout our entire five (5) night stay, Ms. Hidalgo and Ms. Martinez were especially helpful and friendly. We simply loved our Palace Executive Suite with slightly over 1,000 square feet in total space with a sublime view of the Neptune Fountain; it was truly remarkable. Further, upon entering, we discovered that Mr. Flores and his team were kind enough to provide us with several 1 liter bottles of both sparking water (Vichy Catalan) and sti

西班牙此行住過最滿意的酒店，酒店雖然不大，但是處處精緻，服務無可挑剔，備品是全套歐舒丹，還額外贈送泡澡用品和護手霜，在房間的陽台拍到了最喜歡的照片，非常具有西班牙風情，早餐有菜單可以單點，選擇豐富，強烈推薦！

We were in Madrid for the first time, and picked Barcello de Torre primarily based on location and the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor. Anything you read that's positive is true: it's new, clean, perfectly located, reasonably priced, great breakfast, etc, but it seems like every menber of the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. It's an easy walk to the Royal Palace, the Plaza de Espana subway stop is directly across the street, lots of restaurants close by, easy walk to Puerta del Sol, excellent dinner in the restaurant. large rooms. An extremely well run operation that should be the model for others in it's class.
