La mejor opción, es muy bonito el hotel, los cuartos son cómodos, los restaurantes deliciosos, el ambiente es muy animada, la ubicación es espectacular, puedes ver los aviones mientras disfrutas de tu comida o un rico cóctel!!

Had another nice holiday at Sonesta Maho Beach. Stayed for 5 nights and again looking forward to the next visit. Special thanks to the staff.

This is my second time staying at Sonesta Maho. I stayed here right before the pandemic started and I had an enjoyable stay. This time however was not it. Housekeeping was very laxed in servicing the rooms. I encountered that other guests were experiencing the same. Housekeeping would either not service the rooms or take an extremely long time to tend to them. If they did manage to service the room, it was not full service: no fresh towels, no new toiletries like soap or tissue, etc. Then to add insult to injury, the pool towel desk has a supervisor who is very rude and caters to Caucasian guests. After this stay, I will not return to Sonesta Maho.

Nice hotel The buffet wasn’t what I expected it’s the name type of food . I find the hotel at least should have the rooms them ready a lil earlier. I did not see any snacks by the way like chips biscuits ect…

I only stay for one night . However I received Awesome customer service. I was allowed to get lunch before my official check in time that was 3pm. . The young lady at the baggage area was professional. After checking in and receiving my bottle water and champagne. I was told where to go but got a bit confused . Nonetheless i asked where the buffet was and was escorted to the buffet restaurant by a gentleman from the beach where you get your towels. When I got to the buffet a young man greeted me with a nice smile and offered me something to drink letting me know that the restaurant was closed and will be opening shortly. This to me was awesome customer service. I ask let him a few questions as it relates to Wi-Fi and he was able to tell me. My only issue was I checked you cannot gain access to Wi-Fi until you are assigned a room number. I checked in at 12 am and my room was going to be ready until 3pm I had no access to Wi-Fi and couldn’t call me family to let them know I was safe. There should be a way to gain Wi-Fi access before you are assigned a room. A one time access 30 minute access Other than that everything else was great . The workers at the Buffett was awesome especially a young man with braids that worked the morning and evening shift night of the 8/7/23.
