No a bad hotel ,small rooms even though they say king-size, bed comfy, staff helpful, main problem don't I repeat don't book room 2 it's above the reception and is such a hot room we had to have windows open but there is an air blower and looks like main ventilation system just outside window and the noise is so loud it's terrible I'm glad we were here only 2 nights couldn't stand any longer apart from that it's got a nice garden overlooking the sea

We booked here as it was my other halves birthday and we like the view of the room The room was clean all be it small .. so was the bathroom .. but it was frezzing in the Room , the heater wouldn’t come on whatever we did , we tried to call the number but they never answered . The outside flood light was on all night and lit the room up like Blackpool illuminations , we literally had no sleep , we packed up and left at 7 am . We gave the key to the cleaner after she had been rude to my husband .. we approached them for a partial refund but they refused on the ground we didn’t contact them , but you didn’t answer the phone .. work that one out

Lovely stay, staff so nice and helpful. Room spotlessly clean and the sea views stunning. Staff were great nothing was too much trouble. Lovely bar and food good really enjoyed the breakfasts. Met some lovely locals who use the bar and had a great relaxing birthday stay. Will return again as soon as I get the chance.

We were doing a little road trip with friends from Australia and having one night stays this was the best of the lot everything you needed in one place great location early walk on the beach, entertainment when Bob organised a great game of Bingo, food on site but also a lovely pub opposite with a village store. Rooms were comfortable and clean and Sam is a great hostess .

Book this hotel months ago, I asked if they had a lift, they havea small one and said they would give us a key for it at reception. Our room was on the 1st floor with accessible bathroom and a Seaview. We had everything we needed for 5 nights. Would happily come back.

Arrived early to check in and room was ready early. Staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Went straight to indoor pool. Room was exactly as expected and views were fantastic. Breakfast was included and could pick from menu. 100 % recommend.

Second stay here and not our last, swimming pool was great. The staff were amazing, shout out to Sam, Rebecca, Emma and Nicky who made our stay amazing. The room was amazing, food was also amazing, had a lovely swim in the pool and enjoyed the music of Gaby Starbuck ❤️❤️

The staff were outstanding, so attentive to the smallest detail. The setting was excellent. The room was perfectly set out, wonderfully clean and catered for all our needs. We stay in many hotels and this setting, coupled with the staff and the cleanliness, was as good as any exclusive hotel!

A very nice hotel. Just come back from a 3 night stay. Very clean, everyone so friendly. My husband and I had such a relaxing break, used the very warm pool, excellent. Breakfast was so good as was the dinner. Would not hesitate to stay again and would definitely recommend.

We came down for our niece's birthday. Fantastic night. Great entertainment. The staff were all lovely and friendly and very helpful. Locals were all welcoming. We stayed in the family room. The room was lovely and clean. Had plenty of room for the four of us. Beds were super comfy. Beautiful view to wake up to. Had a delicious cooked breakfast this morning. Will definitely come back and stay again and would highly recommend.

We had a fab night a here at the hotel a warm and friendly welcome from Sam. The room was perfect for our needs, we went out for dinner and returned to some great entertainment enjoyed by resident and locals. Room was clean and tidy and slept perfect waking up to the sea views. After a lovely walk along the coast we returned to the the very friendly Sam and Rebecca for a really good breakfast at a very fair price. The team on the breakfast did not stop, total respect for their hard work. We will be back !!

I'm going to start by saying despite a truly awful stay, that the room was clean and the staff friendly. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. Upon being handed our room key we were told to "just ignore" the extractor as this goes off at 8pm. When we entered our very tiny room to a view of the roof, we saw the large extractor outside our window. Whilst not great for me, it was awful for my partner who wears hearing aids, as anyone with them will tell you that they amplify everything not just voices. To be told about this upon arrival when we have nowhere else to go and the hotel itself is fully booked is not acceptable. It went off at 8.26pm and then the next morning the lovely bird chirping was drowned out at 8am when it started up again. What's worse is that I've emailed an official complaint and I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply. Unfortunately we were there for 2 nights. We tried a breakfast on the first morning, the eggs benedict were awful, it was congealed lumpy hollandaise sauce, hard egg, stone cold ham and a barely toasted soggy cold muffin. Not worth 80p let alone £8. The cooked breakfast had bacon that was still oinking, overdone egg and cold baked beans. Just awful. We didn't go back the 2nd day and simply went without as nowhere else in walking distance to have breakfast.

Fantastic hotel. Disability friendly too. We’ve just got back from a midweek break and could not have been happier. We had a sea view room that did not disappoint. Sliding door to the most amazing view. What a way to wake in the morning. The bed was soo comfy, the room was spotlessly clean, a fan was provided along with hair dryer. Kettle, coffee, tea, sugar and little biscuits. Even extra pillows. Everything was thought of for comfort. Our room had a disability friendly bathroom, a wet room I would say, with plenty of room, a raised toilet and wall bars for assistance. There is space in the room for a wheelchair too There is a wheelchair lift which you can get a key for. Plenty of seating inside and outside, did I mention the view?? Then there’s the pool!!!! The perfect pool. Accessible between 10 and 5 for hotel guests, it’s nice and warm and only 1.5 meters deep, undercover in a huge conservatory with a roof that’s designed to break up the suns rays so it looks pretty and sparkly. The food is lovely, drinks available all day served by the friendly staff Rachel and Tina who are funny and can’t do enough for ya. Breakfast was delicious too, good variety to choose from, proper butchers sausage. Vegetarian choices also. There is a coded gate through to steps that go down to the beach. For those not able to go up and down the steps the south beach is just a small drive down the road. There’s lots of information in the welcome pack of places to visit but there is no need with the view there and the pool and the bar really. Will definitely be returning again. Can not find one negative to say about this hotel.

Our second stay and just as good. Great location and lovely views from the rooms facing the sea. Clean and comfy with everything you need. Rooms on the small side but more than adequate for us. Choice of pillows. On site bar and restaurant was convenient and friendly with some reasonable, well-priced, choices.
