Checking-in was a bit chaotic. I'm not sure if it was ******* or the hotel. I made reservations for two couples. For some reason one place had my name down and the other had my friend's. It took a while to sort things out in order to check in.

The hotel was great and I travel for business so have lots to compare. The cleaning service is excellent. Room was so clean. Good food. Comfortable room. Best stay I have had all year and I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the last year. Thank you!!

The hotel is new and everything is fresh and clean. I'm very choosey about where I stay on Vacation and I figure Holiday Inn has a high standard. However, I did have one problem- I took a cup of coffee to go and it was hotter than the Maui fires. As I got into my vehicle and started to put on the seat-belt, the whole cup tipped and the scalding hot coffee poured over my right leg. The temp of thee coffee was way too hot!

someone used a room key to enter my room to steal several personal items while we were out, I know this because the door to the room does not shut all the way so I always made sure that I closed the door tight when leaving the room, I came back one time and the door was ajar so it was obvious that someone had used a room key to enter and there were several items missing. the hot breakfast was the best out of the 5 different hotels we stayed at also the room was very nice and comfortable but because of the theft I cant give it a good rating nor will I recommend it to anyone .

Overall ok for the area, but not for the cost. Bathroom was not very clean. Three day stay and room was never cleaned or refreshed for towels. Believe cleaning knocked the 2nd morning at 7:55am after we check in late the night before.

Super nice property right off the interstate! Parking is really easy and there’s lots of food options down the road. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was just okay, but front desk service & cleanliness of the room absolutely made up for it!

We did not get the suite we had reserved through **********. We were told this was an error on the part of **********. We ended up with a king bed and chaise lounge for 3 of us. Staff were clueless and rude. Place was run down. Will never stay there again.

The rooms were nice. They provide you with dove shampoo, and all this good stuff. Anything outside the room like the hallways were crappy. The continental breakfast was average. It did have a washer and dryer. Definitely some pros. Definitely some cons.
