我們參觀了洛杉磯麗特酒店,在路支泛亞洲餐廳吃午飯,並沒有失望。位於圖利街的舊聖奧拉夫學校,裝飾沒有令人失望,美麗的深藍色吊燈懸掛在天花板上,黑色的木板與亞洲的主題混合得很好。我們的女服務員Sujeethra非常細心,很高興解釋不同的午餐時間選擇,所有員工穿着制服看起來很聰明,很友好。食物很好吃,飲料的選擇特別好。午餐時間價格很高,但畢竟這是生日宴請。我們離開之前在酒店周圍看了一眼,對我們看到這家精品酒店印象深刻。甚至廁所都給人留下了深刻的印象,每個隔間都有加熱的廁所座椅和一系列個人衛生小工具。我們建議在這裏吃飯,這是一個很好的體驗,氣氛很好。

以前住在附近這次也還是定在了熟悉的區域。 地理位置很好 飯點就在河邊 家人自己也隨時可以沿着散步開啟倫敦暴走模式！ 樓下就是coop 附近半年前新開了雲南餐廳 Blacksheep和Starbucks走兩步可以隨時買到！ 交通方便 uber和bolt通常都很快接單 樓下有巴士站/綠線黃線地鐵/DLR！

We booked this hotel some time ago for New Years Eve and was quite surprised that there was nothing in place entertainment wise for such an occasion. However, we went along and were greeted by excellent reception staff who said that as our rooms were ready we could check in early. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean with bathrobes and slippers available and a lovely touch leaving brownies with strawberries on the side. We used the spa facilities adjacent to the hotel which were superb and we had a lovely time. We then went for drinks in the hotel bar before we headed out for lunch. The bar was a little disappointing as I think there were new members of staff who didn’t understand very good English so hotel guests were struggling to get drinks. I asked for wine and she had to bring the drinks menu over to me so I could point out what I wanted. A manager then came along who was excellent and was guiding her as to what to do. New staff obviously need to be trained so that’s not a problem in itself but, probably not best to do this on such a significant date as New Years Eve. The overall hotel stay was lovely and the staff couldn’t do enough for you however, I agree with the reviews, the breakfast was terrible. Luke warm food, which didn’t seem to be particularly good quality, no milk on the table, couldn’t make some of the staff understand what we needed and had to repeatedly ask for everything. Coffee was poured for my husband and the coffee pot left on the table which was actually leaking and made a terrible mess. The quality and variety of the food was not up to standard for a 5 star hotel. We had a lovely New Years Eve but a tip for the hotel, staff need better training and your breakfast needs to massively improve as it is nowhere near where a 5 star hotels breakfast should be.

衝著風景訂的，也確實沒失望。風景一流，倫敦塔橋和碎片大廈都可以看到，美！ 地理位置很方便，出門就是倫敦塔景點和碼頭，地鐵也就10分鐘步行，超市也步行可達 工作人員也挺nice的 但房間在二樓沒什麼私隱。自己在欣賞的風景的時候，也很容易變成別人眼裡的風景 還有deposit返還太慢，租車或者其他酒店解凍都很快，但這家要20-30天。雖然錢少，但時不時要關注一下退沒退挺煩的

房間雖然衹有40平方左右，但是佈局合理。因為是帶兩個小朋友出行，選擇雙床房，另外和酒店溝通需要加床，這樣三個人的睡眠質量都會很高，不太打擾彼此。 酒店提前兩天郵件給我落實到達酒店時間和人數，保證到達酒店的時候能夠簡單快速辦理了入住。 很滿意地理位置和服務，酒店大堂的早餐連續吃了六天也非常滿意。健身房也相對歐洲酒店器械比較全。 總之，很滿意的旅程。

避坑別去！完全不值這個價，除了落在碎片大廈和景觀，沒什麼特別。首先，景觀不太容易拍得好，落地窗不大，再則倫敦的霧大，好的景觀需要好的天氣。再説到設施，這次特別逗，服務生送行李，因為門壞了，跟我們關在一起二十多分鐘。洗手間馬桶蓋有跑位，雖不是大問題，但説明設施比較舊。服務還行，一貫香格里拉的水準。總之，不推薦！

I would like to say what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful hotel over the weekend. We were only 1 night and wished we had booked more. I would especially like to thank Zaema for her happy, friendly, helpful manner. She is a credit to you and your team. Nothing was too much trouble helping with tube instructions and timings and the hand written note left in our room was an especially lovely touch.

非常滿意的一家酒店，對得起這個價格。預定的時候犯了個錯誤，看到房間信息中顯示提供殘疾人設施，也沒有多考慮就預定了，到了才發現應該是為殘疾人士特殊設置的房間，實在是很不好意思。。。 入住前酒店通過攜程聯繫我，問我入住時間，我回答可能中午就會到，會遠遠早於酒店規定的入住時間，對方回復會根據當日情況安排。入住當天，我們11點左右就到了酒店，竟然都已經準備好了，實在非常感謝！ 酒店是原先銀行改造的，去年才開業，新，大氣。單單酒店大堂內就有七八家餐廳，口味覆蓋全麪。地理位置方面，位於市中心一區，步行到泰晤士河周邊酒店都很近，而且旁邊就是地鐵站。房間裝潢完全是經典的英倫風，細節處都精心打磨，很有特色很喜歡。洗浴產品加在一起不下20種，可謂奢華至極。 在booking上看到有評論說樓下音樂聲吵，但實際體驗下來完全感受不到，窗戶的隔音做得不錯，就是隔壁開關門的聲音會吵一些，這可能是唯一的美中不足吧。

The rooms are new and mostly clean as are the bathrooms. Somewhat out of London but by the river so good for walks and quiet area. The staff are lacklustre and one overly tattooed guy in particular is extremely rude and overbearing interrupting when asking a question to another staff member. He snapped at me twice when I wasn’t even talking to him and cut me off. Manager just shrugged it off. I feel like YHA is badly run with staff that does not receive any training or guidelines. No rules or standards are being enforced neither among staff nor guests and bad behaviour by some individuals is being utterly ignored which makes it an unfriendly and tense place. Rain is coming through the roof more than through the showers even though the building was recently updated. Radiators not working either, they said it will be repaired but it wasn’t. More signs that management is not up to their job will not be using again

Staying here at the moment for 4 nights. Purpose of visit is for an appointment at Moorfields Eye Hospital which it is ideal for, less than a 30min commute. Room is clean and tidy with comfortable double bed and pull out sofa bed for the kids (family room). Cleaners daily, make the beds & change towels. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast is quite basic but ok for the price we have paid. The hotel only supplies breakfast, no lunch or dinner service although they are more than happy for you to order takeaway and eat on their tables in the bar. They will even provide you with plates and cutlery if needed. Highly recommend ordering from Bronson's Burgers via Deliveroo. Delicious burgers and less than 30mins from order to delivery!!! Very impressed! Overall, hotel is a good base for getting around London for sightseeing for a few days but if staying any longer I would look for somewhere slightly higher quality. Limehouse train station is a 5 min walk away. Nearest bus stop 2 min walk away.
