This hotel is in a great location. It is close to everything you need (restaurants, china town, shops) and the underground lines. Very impressive breakfast included in stay and awesome view from rooftop bar.
Absolutely wonderful service given by your management team. I had booked this for my boss and the check-in process was very simple. We both enjoyed drinks in your bar overlooking Leicester Square and was simply divine. I’m very much loving very large disco ball with the lights and certainly gave a certain elegance not found in London. This was a business trip, and I will be certainly booking this property again. Thank you!
訪訪客This hotel has gone down hill since I last visited. Pros: - Staff are super friendly and helpful - Spa is lovely - The Stage has lovely live entertainment - The Residence is a lovely bar where you can enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages - They did gift us a bottle of english bubbly which was great and some ‘happy birthday’ chocolate’s for my husband Cons: - Beds in the spa say ‘reserved’ when they aren’t reserved - The city room view is atrocious and I can’t believe they have the cheek to charge extra for that view - Coffees via room service took over 30 mins - You hear A LOT of noise from the other rooms, particularly those above e.g stomping & banging - Curtains don’t shut all the way so the room is light Honestly for £650 per night it just isn’t worth it. There are better, more affordable alternatives, or just go to one of the top notch hotels for a luxury experience
SShirlynThe hotel is very centralized. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace etc. size of room is small but it's okay for a solo traveller. There is also a police station right opposite the hotel which makes you feel safer. There are also alot of restaurants and pubs around. Subways are also walkable. Definitely worth a stay.
