Wszystko było ok. Obsługa miła. Miejsce fajne, klimatyczne.

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and very clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very good you can choose from their menu. The staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing no elevator but the staff will carry your suit cases up and down.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Westow House verbracht inkl einer privaten Feier. Preis-Leistung 10/10 Das Essen, das Personal und die kleinen aber liebevollen Zimmer sind hervorragend. Man ist in 30min an der Londonbridge und flexibel mit Bus oder Bahn.

Room-IRIS (number 5), air con did not work (this has been mentioned by other guests on various sites). Room super hot and window only opened 5in or so. Whole room needs updating desperately with st as ins on walls and peeling wallpaper amongst other things. We DID NOT complain and may well have been moved if asked, however the room was only used for minimal time do not issue , but at £305 for 2 nights it was way overpriced

Why anyone would want to stay in a central London hotel when they can experience proper London life just 20 minutes or so by train into the city. This hotel has everything, a proper buzzing pub on the ground floor, great food, refurbished rooms that are of a high standard,reasonable prices and staff who are on the ball. We had an issue with our TV which was resolved. Problems do arise, it’s how they’re dealt with is what matters. Highly recommended
