Der Bridgerton Afternoon Tea im Hotel Lanesborough ist hervorragend – nicht nur geschmacklich, sondern auch optisch. Man sitzt in bequemen Sofas und trinkt seinen Tee aus wunderschönen Tassen. Elegant Bridgerton Afternoon Tea The Bridgerton Afternoon Tea at the Lanesborough Hotel is outstanding - not only in terms of taste, but also visually. You sit in comfortable sofas and drink your tea from beautiful cups. The delicacies - scones with clotted cream, petit fours, sandwiches - are arranged on a rose-covered etagere. The entire lounge is flooded with light and decorated with lush plants. The service is perfect, the ambience cozy and elegant. A real must for all fans of the Bridgerton series!

Another great experience at the Lanesborough. Excellent long time staff members are the ultimate professionals . We were treated to an upgrade to a suite and it was spectacular . All amenities, housekeeping , concierge, front of house staff, butler, room service - all five stars . We will continue to return to the Lanesborough.

This was my first visit to The Lanesborough, and I have to say, it was exceptional in all aspects. The day was particularly rainy, and the steward, Milton, went above and beyond to ensure my guest and I were accommodated. When I returned later in the day with my wife and daughter (we were struggling to get across London) Milton recognised me and jumped to my aid by arranging a taxi - Thank you.

It would be wrong to suggest that we are "regulars" at the Lanesborough - our resources would not allow that - but it is true that we do try and book lunch there every couple of months. Our experience of the food and service has always been excellent and when coupled with an incentive like an inclusive bottle of wine or free champagne we are enthusiastic diners. However, there are some administrative issues that the Lanesborough could do well to address. Last time we were early and took pre-lunch drinks in the lounge. We asked for the set lunch menu to peruse and were supplied with the wrong menu. We challenged it but were told that despite it being endorsed at the dinner menu it was still appropriate for lunch. Of course when we finally arrived in the restaurant - we were forgotten in the lounge for some time - the proper menu arrived. No problem - there was something for us without difficulty but the experience was disconcerting for a facility that claims to excel in customer service. Today, we had booked for lunch after I had received an e-mail from them saying that to welcome me back a free glass of champagne would be provided. All I had to do apparently was show the e-mail upon arrival. I telephoned in advance to check that free champagne would be available and was subject to a "third degree" interrogation on the phone insisting I give details of when the e-mail had been sent and its contents. Upon arrival I was subject to the same examination, compounded by the fact that I could not immediately locate the appropriate e-mail. Surely all they had to do was consult the list of customers to whom they has sent the message to avoid the time consuming and embarrassing scrutiny upon arrival. Having said all that the lunch was up to the usual high standard with superb service - the somelier (Alexandro I think) was extremely helpful and well informed. Highly recommended but please work on your staff communication to ensure customers are not inconvenienced.
