這是一家具有傳統英國風格的飯店。 地點很好，就在地鐵站旁邊。 然而，令我們失望的是我們無法充分利用管家和禮賓服務。

Amazing two-night stay at The Lanesborough. The staff are exceptionally accommodating, warm, and genuinely hospitable, always going above and beyond to make you feel like a valued guest. They remember your name, your preferences, and all the little details that truly elevated our experience. In my opinion, The Lanesborough sets a standard of luxury that goes beyond many other top-tier hotels. Even among the finest hotels, the staff (and property) both offer a level of attention and refinement that is rarely matched. Having stayed in numerous luxury hotels both in London and internationally, I can honestly say that The Lanesborough has raised my expectations of what true luxury hospitality should be. We had a dedicated butler for our room and we were also upgraded to the Executive king room overlooking Hyde Park. A special mention to front office lady called Zita. Zita was key in making our stay and experience at The Lanesborough so memorable. Zita also had a special talent in training cats, what more getting 'The Boss' to Lilibet in giving her paws for a treat! 😂 Thank you to Zita, our Butler and all staff there for making our stay memorable. We will 100% be back soon.

歐洲最好的酒店之一。我們經常旅行，這家酒店真的非常出色。我們在這裡住過好幾次，每次都驚喜不已。從踏入飯店的那一刻起，您就感受到如同皇室成員般的待遇。我們入住的房間寬敞漂亮，可以俯瞰海德公園。早上，我們可以看到皇家騎兵騎兵列隊行進，前往換崗儀式。酒店各方面都維護得無可挑剔。服務周到周到，卻又不會讓人感到打擾。早餐很棒，糕點師更是技藝精湛。倫敦是歐洲最適合步行的城市之一，而這家飯店交通便利，可輕鬆前往公園、騎士橋、梅菲爾區以及其他地方。強烈推薦。
