82倫敦飯店(Msk Hotel 82)

El hotel no está mal: está bastante bien situado y las habitaciones (al menos la nuestra) son amplias y bien equipadas (wifi, nevera bastante más grande de lo habitual, smart tv, caja fuerte). Las pegas: -Las habitaciones si bien no son viejas, si están bastante zurradas. -En recepción solamente están durante un rato. -No hay una correcta insonorización y aún con las ventanas cerradas el ruido del tráfico es muy molesto. -No hay servicio de habitaciones. Ignoro si no hay nunca o por días alternos o determinados días de la semana, pero resulta muy desagradable volver a la habitación y que no la hayan recogido ni cambiado las toallas. Estas cosas deberían avisarlas al hacer la reserva, o al menos al hacer el check-in.

Il n’y a personne sur place de 18h à 7h du matin et dans la nuit du 24/12 au 25, les alarmes incendie des étages se sont mis en route avec personne pour les arrêter et intervenir rapidement. Cela a durer plus d’une heure (jusqu’à 1h du matin). Aucun mot d’excuses, et personnes à la réception quand on est parti 3 jours plus tard.

非常樂於助人的接待員超越了一切。允許我們在抵達當天和退房當天寄存行李。酒店位於一條安靜的街道上，但與貝克街平行，那裡有麥當勞、Costa、Chemist、Rymans 和許多餐館，給人一種高街的感覺。倫敦的好地方 = Marylebone。房間乾淨涼爽（在熱浪中！）。會再呆在那裡。

ERRIBILE ESPERIENZA Abbiamo prenotato l'albergo un anno prima. Costi buoni e anche la location ci sembrava buona. Appena arrivati la segretaria della reception non trova più la nostra prenotazione. Perduta completamente. Ci dice di accomodarci e di aspettare notizie dal suo capo. Abbiamo atteso più di mezz'ora !! Citofoniamo di nuovo alla reception poichè nessuno si era fatto più vivo e noi stavamo solo perdendo tempo prezioso ( il viaggio durava solo 3 giorni ). Ritorna la segretaria e ci dice di dover contatare AIRBNB e chiedere come fare .. Chiamiamo e ci risponde Kostantina, una ragazza molto gentile e disponibile. Contatta l'host e ci dice che la nostra prenotazione è regolare .. intanto sta richiedendo di spostarci in un'altra camera ! ma niente da fare, anche le stanze piu "inn" sono out. Kostantina insiste sul farci spostare in un altro hotel di loro proprietà ma guarda un po' .. tutto pieno! E intanto passano ancora ore, ore, ore e tempo prezioso. Conclusione ... NIENTE ! Nessun aiuto da parte dell'host! Oltre a una carente organizzazione, la cosa più fatsidiosa è stata che siamo stati noi diverse volte ad insistere per avere informazioni !! Quante volte abbiamo dovuto citofonare a quel maledetto citofono.. ZERO AIUTI! Alla fine abbiamo ricevuto RIMBORSO e un coupon da parte di Airbnb da spendere .. TERRIBILE POSTO! Mai più

The booking process was easy. The front desk is not manned, you can call a number at other times. Room was very basic, unfortunately the floors were not cleaned. Bathroom was of a reasonable standard. Location excellent - Baker Street tube very close and really handy to get many places. Walls are very thin, both nights we were woken by next door coming in very late shouting, not the hotels fault, more the other patrons, but just something to bear in mind.

Ok, let's get the downsides ( and the reason for only a 3 star review) out of the way. Our room was at the front of the hotel and the sash window had a quarter-inch gap at the bottom, which meant road noise was prevalent all night long. There weren't any 'toothbrush glasses' in the holders in the bathroom. The beds each had a light above them and could be turned on and off, but as soon as the main room light switch was turned off, those lights went off too and couldn't be turned on or off independently. There was only one tea bag and one coffee sachet each. The good side is that the room was very clean, reasonably priced (for where it is) and check-in after reception had closed was easy. If you have earplugs, this place would be ideal for a stay for a couple of night.

Stayed for 1 night on new years eve. Greeted by friendly staff. Were able to access room early. Hadn't realised I had booked a studio apartment. We were impressed with the little kitchenette which had a fridge, tea coffee facilities, toaster and little hob (although we didn't do any cooking). Room spacious and clean. Could do with redecorating as wall paper peeling off the wall. For the price we paid we had a bargain and was an ideal place to rest our head after a busy day.

Lovely friendly smooth check in. In a lovely district. Super clean room, comfy bed, our room had a balcony. Great shower, bathroom had soap and shower gel provided. All totally clean. Lovely experience. Would recommend and would come again.

The only real disappointment was that the hotel is advertised as having parking however upon arrival we were advised that there is no parking. This needs updating as a matter of urgency as I then had to find a car park and spend an additional £50 on parking.
