Excellent service, staffs are very nice. Location is not very close to tourist attractions but near restaurants are good and with reasonable price.

The property was great. In a great area. Rooms small but its good for the price. Only issue i had was i had a do not disturb sign in my room and the staff just walked in. Made me skeptical to leave my stuff. As my room didnt need anything since it was my second day there. The breakfast was convenient. Minimak items but a good orice. However the staff tries to rush. I had a brand new plate of food. Went to go grab some juice. And the waiter cleared my table.so i had to get a new plate and they wasted food. I was only up for a minute. And then despite you being a guest there you need a reservation for dinner. It felt kind of odd

Muito bem localizado, na Via Flavia, próximo de transporte público, atrações, restaurantes, compras, cafés e outras facilidades. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e limpíssimos; as excelentes refeições são servidas no maravilhoso Rooftop Garden, com vista para a cidade eterna e o staff é gentil, eficiente e prestativo. Marcella Royal is my home in Rome.

This hotel was amazing. It’s a smaller hotel but still very nice. The staff honestly made our experience the best, they were extremely helpful, nice, and generous. We would definitely go back and stay at this hotel. The food places around here were top tier as well! And most site seeing locations were within a 10-30 minute walk. The room was nice and clean and comfortable.

Great hotel outside of the hub of Rome. It's incredibly walkable (10 minutes to Roma Termini station, 10 minutes to the closest metro, 15 minutes to Trevi Foutain and the main shops, 30 minutes to other major sites). I enjoyed staying outside of the city - the neighboring food was more affordable and felt more authentic. The hotel had a great terrace with live music on the weekends. We had to wait 2 hours before we were able to check in so take the site's check-in time with a grain of salt. I stayed in a room with 1 king bed - it felt very big and spacious. It was equipped with everything I needed. The price felt very on par with the room quality, location, etc.

The staff was great, super friendly and very helpful. We had the family connected rooms and they worked out wonderfully for the 4 of us. The rooftop restaurant and bar was great. Marco was our server each time we went up and he was fantastic! The breakfast is also on the roof and it was very nice to eat breakfast with a view. The location was good, there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent customer service. Breakfast was excellent on a beautiful rooftop venue. Easy check in, helped with information and calling for a taxi. Safe, walkable, and great restaurant and bar.
