卓越倫敦旅遊旅館(Travelodge London Excel Hotel)

Very good location for visiting Excel London, very basic room, no fridge in the room. Food were not great my husband was poorly after had meatball dish, so he wasn't sleep all night. I don't want to complain just for your information. Breakfast is OK, staff morning shift very helpful and service mind if compare with the lady night shift.

Considering the price paid (326 gbp for a two night stay) I did expect NOT to have to pay for both parking and WIFI! The room was ok but was on ground level and so having the curtains open was not an option and it was noisy late at night and early in the morning as customers arrived and left the hotel. We won't be staying again.

For a budget hotel like this, I think it’s acceptable. You can’t expect any high quality food or good amenities coz this is what it’s designed for.

There's no indication that there's no aircon in the rooms, until i read reviews on tripadvisor. Im here in the summer, and the room is really warm at night. The window gap is small theres no way the breeze outside can penetrate much into the room. I woke up several times at night due to the heat. Terrible stay. No microwave oven to heat up food, n cafe is close n i had to go to holiday inn to buy breakfast every morning. What a shame. Also, i got bugs bite at night too. A very basic hotel.

Em 7 dias lá não tiraram lixo nem aspiraram. Tive problemas com a chave todos os dias. Sem ar condicionado, banheiro alaga por causa da cortininha. Wifi pago.

Have never stayed in a worse hotel. Literally like a sauna. Rooms so hot you could not sleep. Was offered two desktop fans by the reception lady who was working alone with a huge queue ti check-in, complaints as customers were coming back down from rooms, serve the huge queue drinks at the bar and make pizza & snacks all on her own! No other member of staff visible to help her. Rooms not only to hot to sleep in but filthy too with one of our two rooms even having someone else’s toenail clippings still on the carpet! Stained bedding and 2nd pillow with no pillowcases on but as these where zipped in a clear bag on wardrobe space it wasn’t apparent until we needed them late at night! Bathrooms were awful. Paid ridiculous amounts over the odds for such awful rooms. Found a superb hotel in central London for £70 a night cheaper for our 2nd night stay as we couldn’t bear the thought of staying any longer. Never again!
