Enjoyed our stay at Jumeirah Lowndes. It was a small hotel but you can definitely feel the luxury.

非常好的酒店體驗！！ 從香港坐長途飛機，在早上6:30am已經到達倫敦，辦理好一切事情安排後，9:30am 到達酒店，但距離正常check-in 的時間尚早，但酒店也可以為我作出特別安排，讓我提早進房間梳洗。 這是一個非常棒的安排，讓我感到充滿了愛❤️ 酒店裝潢時尚優雅，房間空間足夠大。 早餐方面種類很齊全，因包早餐，可從菜單上點一份。 食物味道質素好，會是推薦和再次入住！

The staff at the hotel were very attentive warm and welcoming. They helped with extra touches such as flowers, chocolates and balloons for our room. We were upgraded to an executive suite so we ordered room service for breakfast at a charge of £10. The food was delivered in specified time and was a lovely start to the day. The location of the hotel was very convenient for our day and evening out. We were offered use of spa at the neighbouring hotel but did not have time to enjoy the facilities. We were surprised at how wonderful our trip was. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Terrible! This is not a Jumeirah Group standard hotel. Please do not book this hotel if you are expecting Jumeirah standards as you will be bitterly disappointed as we are. The room is tiny, 17m2, the bathroom has a shower over a very narrow bath and is only usable by a small person without problem washing. The breakfast was very poor and the “buffet” is tiny. The “English Breakfast” from the menu had a piece of fat that was supposed to be bacon but it was literally just total fat. The mushroom was swimming in oil and the fried eggs were very well done. We did not eat the breakfast and chose to go and find food outside the hotel. We could go on but the main take away from this post needs to be “This is not a Jumeirah quality property”. Please do not book if you are expecting 5 Star, Jumeirah experience. Very, very disappointed and feel like we’ve been tricked using the Jumeirah brand.

We stayed here for many visits, we had issues once which were sorted. We were upgraded to a room as an apology which was nice. We were always placed on the road side which was noisey. The last time we stayed the room was EXTREMLY noisey to the point I thought the window was open. The air con was breaking down then starting again with a thud. We were moved upon asking for another room on the other side, much quieter! When having a quiet night the TV stopped working, no one could fix it. We were told to wait for engineer until next day, so we had a whole night with food and no tv. Quite appalling for such an expensive hotel. Won’t be staying here again as it feels dated and when thinking about it, so much money for a hotel that has so many issues. This should not be happening. I mean premier inns have a room bed and tv, so nothing new that they charge so much for. We have stayed in many jumeirah group hotel globally and this is not the standard we expect.

A huge benefit is access to the Peak fitness club gym, pool and Spa at the Carlton Tower. rooms are tasteful and near a lovely street for food/shopping. Top designer stores in the area. Near Hyde Park. Close to tube and Harrods

Selected this hotel due to location for attending Hyde Park event. From the moment of arrival to departure the staff were 100% attentive! I can not fault one part of my stay. Every member off staff could not do enough for you. Location of hotel is ideal for shopping - Harrods - Harvey Nichols & Knightsbridge itself. The rooms are perfect & I will definitely be booking for 2024. I have to mention a huge thank you to Samantha Mazikaite for arranging something special in the room. So kind & thoughtful. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay

From the doorman, front desk staff and the bellman I found everyone to be extremely accommodating and friendly. My only caution is the the tubs are very deep so getting in and out of the shower could pose problems for those with slight mobility issues. Overall an amazing stsy

Ten years ago we lived around the corner from the Lowndes and walked by the friendly spot daily. When we moved back to US we started staying at the hotel - it is truly our “home away from home”, mainly due to the incredible staff! When we walk in the door they know us by name - they roll out the red carpet! Nothing is ever a problem ….as an early riser they always have a complimentary coffee bar available before their restaurant opens. Concierge makes our dinner reservations. Housekeeping arranges for a “top sheet” (in Europe they use duvets as the top sheet which drives my husband nuts but Lowndes accommodates us!). Yes the rooms are small, but where does one find big ones in Knightsbridge/London?! For us the highlight is The Peak - it was our health club when we lived here but now it is the start of our day (and if you’re not staying at hotel it is 100 UK pounds per person per day)! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful location. Lovely staff who are very accommodating- printing pictures for our room as a surprise for my husband and sending strawberries and balloons was a lovely surprise for me too! Leave your cat at home because you can’t swing it in the room, but apart from that a gorgeous space for the night. Small but perfectly formed. Thanks again for a memorable anniversary stay.

Nice small hotel in Belgravia London. Well maintained, very good staff and great location. The staff are all very attentive to your needs and requirements. The concierge service was excellent and helpful in finding transportation. Last but not least the room prices are reasonable.
