金士蘭飯店(Kingsland Hotel)

The hotel is not that far but around 40 min by metro to any place in the center, so is still but you need to count with that extra travel time in your holidays schedule. About the hotel, the rooms are quite good and clean. Just smalls toilets and showers but as almost all hotels around. I would just say that is in a roundabout so kite busy and cars noice if your windows are open, if not is ok. The personal was really kind and seems they are 24hours in the place and quite disponible. We stayed two nights and they gave given new towers for the second day. The neighborhood is calm around, but with supermarkets and restaurants. Definitely, a good price quality relation.

Not bad but not good. Excellent location, close to underground.

This hotel was falsely advertised. 1. There was no breakfast available even though the price we paid included breakfast and no alternative / attempt to compensate. 1. The bed was not queen sized - 2 beds pushed together but feet hanging off the end of the bed. 3. The room was not as clean as it appeared in pictures - especially the bathroom! Shower floor was dirty and stained blue. Customer service was poor - when we asked about a price reduction due to no breakfast the person at the desk says “that’s why I’m telling you before check-in”, implying that we could leave if we weren’t happy. The issue with this is that it was too late to go elsewhere and the booking was non-refundable. No apology was offered, just excuses: “we keep asking the site to take the breakfast ad down but they’re not doing it”. We asked for a refund and we’re asked to go back to the website. Highly unsatisfied with this visit - we barely wanted to sleep there - and requesting a refund.

El baño estaba manchado, nos dejaron un hervidor para tomar té pero estaba inutilizable de lo sucio que estaba, no hicimos limpieza en la habitación y a una de mis acompañantes le robaron el teléfono y ellos se negaron a dar el número de los otros integrantes de la habitación para que ella pudiese contactarnos.

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé, nous avions un peu peur à cause des commentaires et au final bonne surprise l’hôtel est situé à côté des transports c’est parfait pour un week-end. La chambre étais propre et grande. En effet, ce n’est pas exactement comme sur les photos Le personnel était sympa

Tired and in need of repair modernisation. Basic and clean. Clientele uncooperative, slamming doors throughout the night, constant smell of smoke at front door and fire exit, seeping through the window which had to be open to to excessive heat.

Well the staff was friendly and welcoming but the hotel it self is due for a proper cleanup. If I had to choose to either sleep in the car or the floor of a room the car was given.

Very dissatisfied. Place needs a lot of maintenance done. Very poor conditions. Dirty bathroom. Curtains hanging off. Wouldn't recommend staying here!!
