地理位置優越，離展會中心走路五分鐘。周邊吃飯的地也比較多。不好的地方就是，我們住了9天就打掃了一次衞生，早餐也很簡單，房間也有股子味兒。總體來説 尚可吧

Awful hotel, good location. Smells like smoke, if you’re going on a cruise it works.

La chambre était très sale, c'est très bruyant: il y a des industries voisines qui font énormément de bruit. Le déjeuner est assez ordinaire : choix de 2 muffins, barres tendres et yogourt. C'est assez décevant. Je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel pour un prochain voyage

This was my third time staying here my second within weeks and I was totally turned off. No I will not stay again. There were roaches in my room. they exterminated but who wants to smell that while there. Those same kids was still there and this time the kid did not go to school because he had no shoes he said. Again they were unattended and I asked the desk person is this normal and what was going on that this is what I am seeing. Her response was they are guest here as well. My concern was they were unattended to throughout my stay. No child services called and there was an adult but never with the kids. I could hear them from the room giving them directions on weekday mornings. I thinks its become alternate housing for homeless people so no I will not stay there again. That's not what I am looking for when I am traveling for leisure or business.

I have stayed at this property before. This time it was after a storm. I saw unattended kids hanging around the lobby half dressed (missing shoes) eating a large bag of candy. That was something that threw me off. Cleanliness, There was a large garbage can that had not been addressed for the weekend that I was there. I also saw my first waterbug there.

Nothing to like. Very bad smell everywere including elevators. There was no breakfast (only coffee) even they claimed "breakfast included in the reservation". Before 9am cleaning personel started knocking on the door asking us to leave - the check out time was 11 am.. Check out personel was very lazy. Stay away from this property.

El hotel ofrece un desayuno el cual solo es un cafe ,la habitacion nunca las limpiaron en los 3 dias no hacen las habitaciones ni cambian las toallas ,no pudieron atenderme el hotel no tiene las condiciones para la calidad que ofrece carece de servicio y en la administration nunca hay nadie

Not worth the money for sure. Strong smell of sewer upon check in. Arrived a little early and was told no public restroom very small waiting area. Young lady was nice abd allowed me to store my luggage so I could grab a bite. Room was clean except for shower which was stained badly water was hot but pressure was horrible. No amenities at all . Hope I never end up here again

Not much in the way of normal facilities outside of the room. The room had a refrigerator/freezer, but absolutely nothing inside, not even ice trays (and there was no icemaker at the hotel). No cups, dishes, or flatware. The advertised "breakfast" was a muffin, boiled eggs and coffee/tea. Room was reasonably clean and bed was comfortable.

The reception area was dismal at best. Friendly check in but depressing check in area! Room was fresh and updated but lacked some lightbulbs and basic amenities like ample soap. Third world property? Did not deserve a 3 star rating.

When we first arrived, front desk was nice. We checked in our hotel room didn't even get to unload our things from the cart when we noticed a baby roach crawling the wall. We killed it with our shoe and called the front desk. Later the same night seen dust spiders were on the tv stand. The whole entire stay we killed roaches. I have photos but it won't allow me to upload

This is a prime property right near convention center. We walked 20 min briskly every day to it. Absolutely no coffee in rooms. Absolutely not enough help at front desk I found underwater under the sink area from last guest The remote did not work got another st front desk trash room was packed as I walked by. Door was open

We had no TV service. We called the front desk at 6:45pm to ask for assistance and she said it was too late for her to leave the check in desk so she could not help us. We had no tv for our stay. At 11:45pm the front desk called our room not once but twice and woke everyone up to ask us to please come down and turn off our car alarm that was going off. We informed them we were not the guest they were trying to reach nor did we have a vehicle as we stated when we checked in. Due to the fact we had to go to sleep early because we did not have tv and we were then awakened needlessly by the phone calls our night was neither restful nor enjoyable. Find another hotel.

Reminiscent of older days growing up on a farm. If you love the smell of manure this is the hotel for you. Dirty and smelly from the second you walk in the door. Horrible service no amenities and my room was not clean. Trash and toiletries from a prior guest. If it wasnt 2am with an incompetent staff person i would complain and seek alternate accommodations but i will sleep, leave and warn others to avoid this dump like the plague. I stayed at another one of this brand hotel in Austin and it was just as bad. Title my review VOMIT.
