不錯的酒店，位置好，很乾凈

提供給住客的停車場足夠大、酒店臨近大型超市和百貨公司，距離曼菲斯機場也只是十多分鐘車程，不錯。酒店大堂局部裝修，但我們這次沒有逗留在酒店大堂或享用設施，所以影響不大。房間空間足夠大，整潔程度滿意，枕頭被舖算乾淨。浴室有空間，毛巾衛生滿意。登記入住和退房快捷，不需太花時間就OK，除了價錢高了一點，整體對這個酒店滿意

I like to stay at Hiltons. They are always very clean and have amenities that I appreciate, like airport transportation and a restaurant onsite. The Hilton in Southhaven is close to some great shopping.

Staff was great. Property was under renovation. I wasn't able to use airport shuttle. Incurred additional cost of stay of $100.

******* did not send my new reservations to the Hotel. When I got to the Hotel to check in, the lady at the desk was so nice. She had to make several calls and efforts to get this problem with ******* resolved. I waited for an hour to check in. The Hotel was great. I was also charged by ******* to cancel my reservations and rebook for the day before. Very disappointed by *******.

Overall the property was wonderful. The check in person was AWESOME! the online site needs to be updated to what IS available and whats NOT. ROLL AWAYS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS SITE. My youngest had to make a pallet bed on floor. The check in person was VERY accommodating!! She is why we stayed. No continental breakfast also. Room very clean and nice!!

Check in was easy. Staff was very kind and helpful. At check out they made sure I had a way to the airport in a timely manner.

Our stay was very comfortable and the area is fantastic the mall is right across the street.

The front counter ladies were wonderful, very polite, friendly and pleasant. Was made to feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean.

Rooms are stark and unfriendly looking. Refrigerator does not work. Spoiled food. No free breakfast.

This is an absolutely lovely hotel with excellent amenities. The staff are first class all the way. One of the front desk Ladies (Tiffany) even remembered that I am traveling frequently to spend time with family. She even gave me a hug. The rooms are so comfortable with great beds and pillows. Very nice gym and computer access room. Everything smells great too. The lobby is beautiful. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Surprisingly dated. Staff not as professional as you would expect from Hilton. My fist time staying at a Hilton Garden Inn and it will be my last.

Stay was normal. Booked the only accessible room left. The AC buttons were broken and unit was controlled by thermostat placed on the wall. Carpet was stained and water bottles were found under the bed. Hotel staff was great and very courteous.
