TTrekker5421Wonderful stylish hotel with a great location- close to the free bus service whixh can get you to the metro to go to DC. The area itself is very nice with a great vibe and good food option. The restaraunt within the hotel is great too, the Kiln- excellent for breakfast or dinner.
The staff are very helpful and are quick to resolve any issues. I stayed for 5 nights and hsd an exceptional exeprience all in all- I felaly do rate this place as full marks.

訪訪客服務非常快捷高效。包括早餐很好,包括香蕉汁、燕麥片、炒雞蛋和香腸、鬆餅、百吉餅、吐司和穀類。工人們非常願意幫助滿足客戶的任何需求。健身中心很大,設備也很多。一開始從酒店到弗農山的道路上有點難操縱,很容易錯過主轉彎。房間很乾淨,很大,有我們需要的一切。我想要潤膚露,他們馬上給了我。

BBing19I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly.
The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am!
The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what?
The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member.
There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out.
The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty.
We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying.
This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality.
Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

徐徐攜程訂的兩間大牀房，到前台準備入住，回答衹能查到一間雙牀，打攜程客服一直忙線，後來一位客服打給我，要和酒店前台對話，在給了酒店他們內部一個確認碼后，酒店查到科另外一間，還是雙牀，客服電話裏讓酒店前台換大牀，前台不肯，說無法換，最後衹能再等攜程去交涉，前後約一個小時，最後還是自己去找了酒店值班經理說明情況才得以入住，到酒店是晚上8點50，10點才拿到房卡，經歷了一天的長途疲勞還碰到這事比較糟心，酒店離市區位置比較近，價格比較便宜，畢竟希爾頓大牌，不過這類酒店早餐都要另外收費且貴，還是覺得holiday inn，crown plaza這類比較好，性價比高

YYulinSIMON室內的這個暖氣不是很好，一直冷冷的，問了酒店前台，也調不好。酒店的早餐是點菜的，我定的不含早，所以沒有享用。每天酒店打掃的倒是挺乾淨的，這個要點個贊。
