The property description listed free parking. My receipt has it charged, then removed, and in the end; added again. A $35 upcharge that was originally included. The rooms were what is expected from the Residence family of properties. Please don’t fall for the ‘free parking’ - choose another property.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. I was able to just park my car in the garage and walk to food, sites and the train station. Upon arrival the staff was friendly and I was able to get into my room early. The room was very clean large with a kitchen area and seating. I'll stay here again for sure.

Excellent clean and spacious property with an amazing breakfast. Parking, not so much. We returned at 10:30 after a performance at MGM ****** and there was no parking. 3 cars trapped on 3rd level and very difficult to get back out due to very tight areas. Looked for parking for 30 minutes outside in the dark and ended up outside on a street. Paid $32 for this privilege. Not fun.

Kourtney at the front desk is a gem. When she wasn’t there the front desk management was poor. Sometimes no one was at the front desk for protracted periods. The HVAC in the room was very noisy. No proper night stand on one side of the bed was inconvenient. The breakfast coffee was tepid and awful.

I was staying there for 3 days for a conference nearby. This hotel had better rates than the conference hotel, so that was a deciding factor in booking the room. The front desk staff allowed me to check in early (11AM), and they were very helpful and friendly. My only complaints with the hotel were that the hot water for showering was only lukewarm, and the TV was not working in my room. Also there were many cigarette butts around the bench outside. The hotel was walkable, but it was a bit of a hike to get to a good selection of restaurants, Starbucks, etc.

Convenient location. Room was quiet and comfortable. Hectic lobby area, not due to hotel staff but other customers letting children run around without supervision. Staff was friendly.
