卡麥隆河地區公園附近住宿

房間整潔，沒施簡單，衞生乾淨， 服務一般般，早餐很筒單。沒有拖鞋，一次性牙刷牙膏都沒有。

非常好的員工。享受逗留。當大多數酒店在COVID期間衹有Go Bags時，可以吃熱早餐三明治

酒店位於亞歷山德里亞市政廳和法院附近，屬於是鬧中取靜，周遭是非常安全的。雖然屬於westin，但明顯和國內的檔次還是有差距。前台的經理非常nice，幫了我們大忙。早餐是點餐式的，但是味道非常不錯。房間整體來説設施有些老，特別是能夠明顯聽到其他房間放水的水閥聲。但是床品不得不説非常舒服！

Wonderful stylish hotel with a great location- close to the free bus service whixh can get you to the metro to go to DC. The area itself is very nice with a great vibe and good food option. The restaraunt within the hotel is great too, the Kiln- excellent for breakfast or dinner. The staff are very helpful and are quick to resolve any issues. I stayed for 5 nights and hsd an exceptional exeprience all in all- I felaly do rate this place as full marks.

酒店和酒店服務很棒!停車服務糟糕!前台非常nice,非常包容。服務員停車服務員是我一生中最差的一次。他沒打招呼,粗魯地(以一種語氣)說我們必須在把車開進車庫前辦理登機手續。他把我們趕出了車庫。所以我在前台這樣做,而我的女朋友在街區裏兜圈子。到目前爲止不算什麼,直到我們拿了30美元的停車罰單回來。然後那個男僕說我們不能停車在那裏,因爲沒有房間。但我們只是付了前台的,對吧?然後我們說我們付了“所以能讓我們的車停嗎?”“服務員告訴我們,“這個停車場與酒店毫無關係!”儘管入口標牌上寫着“酒店藍”,但停車場的其他顧客卻告訴我們去別的地方,因爲他跟他們在一起很粗魯。所以我們在非常繁忙的社區開車兜風,在半英里外發現了10美元的停車場。我們回來向前台解釋發生了什麼,她親切地給了我們一瓶香檳和水,並退還了我們的停車費。她還提供優惠早餐和她的私人停車位!哇。她真的很關心客戶滿意度。強烈推薦這個地方,但停在別的地方!!!

可怕的僵硬牀。食物還可以

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

總的來說,我們在這裏的住宿很好!裝飾很可愛,我們房間的景色很棒。我們能夠提前入住,這是一個巨大的加分!工作人員超級友好,總是渴望幫助。我一定會再次入住這裏,並推薦給朋友。*ps只是確保用洗手液散步浴室哈哈

室內的這個暖氣不是很好，一直冷冷的，問了酒店前台，也調不好。酒店的早餐是點菜的，我定的不含早，所以沒有享用。每天酒店打掃的倒是挺乾淨的，這個要點個贊。

還不錯，附近有超市和不少可以簡單吃東西的餐廳。稍遠，需要的士進出城。
