Ok but clieaninnes could be better, also for 7 night stay in we had just one room service

Decent hotel. Stayed here a few times. No major complaints, overall all convenient location nice size rooms comfortable beds.

thoughtful service. would be better if breakfast was served.

The staff that worked with me were incredible! Lovely people! My room (a deluxe room, by the way... I can only imagine the regular rooms) was awful. The bed was HANDS DOWN the worst bed I've ever "slept" on. To the point that I slept on the floor with my feet elevated one of the nights just so I could actually get some sleep. The pillows were filled with a single napkin, I assume. Incredibly flat. The microwave kept beeping at me all night. All in all it was legit one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed at. But again, I cannot stress this enough, the staff was very friendly and a delight to work with.

The 1st room had a dip in one bed and dirty. It had a ring around the tub and food in the fridge but the toilet paper had a point as if it was cleaned. We asked for another room. The 2nd room was clean, but we didn't realize until later that there was no water pressure in the sink and the shower head was busted. The neighbors were loud and yelling outside all night. We stayed twice before and it was fine, but we will never stay again...

The room was nice but I had several issues durning my stay. I had issues with my key card not working consistently. I was not informed when I checked in that house keeping is only done every four days. When I requested new towels and the trash to be picked up, it was initially ignored. The location of the motel maks it very difficult to access in evenings because of heavy car traffic.

We only stayed one night. It was a stop off on a road trip. It was easy to get to. The room was clean. The only thing that was a little concerning was there was some people outside hanging by the cars when we arrived. It was after midnight. And the after hours window was a little sketchy. I’ve been traveling for 20 years and never seen that in all my travels. But I guess for safety reasons ok. Just a little creepy for a woman checking in alone.

Our stay was good we just thought that we would have more amenities especially coffee. When my husband asked the clerk if they were going to make more and it was 8:30am she said maybe later on today. Plus there was an incident that happened in one of the rooms police and all was called and nobody let us know what was happening.
