Eeliset vThe hotel is nothing short of beautiful and breathtaking aesthetically! You are in great care in every way with the staff and the hotel owner in every way you can of. They are all very catering and friendly ! They make some delicious food and make you feel at home! Very clean and replenished daily! I celebrated my birthday their and they made me a beautiful towel decorate cake just like in a cruise ship. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful hotel boutique it’s a whole and memorable experience, you won’t regret it ! Very central to all the downtown attractions and walking distance to the Mercado, cathedral , and various plazas nearby ! Definitely going back to stay with them soon !

訪訪客用戶Overall is impressive. Friendly and helpful staffs. I love the ice machine so much, especially, when you are in a super hot day. There are a lot of parking spaces. There is a construction during our stay but that was not a problem at all.

NNikkilaoshi服務很棒,我們幾乎晚上8點到達。請注意,我們沒有住在列出的地址,但有3個物業,步行2分鐘即可到達對方。我們到達了地址,有一個號碼可以打電話或聯繫WhatsApp的標誌。他們很快回答,來接我們和行李到主樓辦理入住,然後把我們帶到另一個(第三位置)。我們的房間房間很小,但很乾淨。我們大樓裏的游泳池是最大的,但裏面有葉子看起來沒有維護,但不是噁心的......相當乾淨。有一個小“廚房”,裏面有冰箱、微波爐和咖啡機,看起來它很久沒有使用過,然後才到達游泳池......游泳池裏有2套椅子。現在在主樓,免費歐陸式早餐是水果,酸奶,麥片和咖啡。可選的自助餐是190比索,非常值得選擇,美味。主樓pol非常可愛,我們喜歡免費的“蒸汽浴”,這是一個帶淋浴頭的蒸汽房......需要讓他們知道10分鐘前預熱。他們還幫助安排了我們的遊覽,比我們在其他地方看到的便宜。我們通過WhatsApp溝通,沒有抱怨我會再次入住這裏....我們經常與熱水搏鬥,它很冷,但顯然這是在這個領域的事情。它離受歡迎的地區“中心”足夠近,步行約25分鐘,到美國領事館10分鐘

訪訪客用戶可怕的服務!他們首先給了我們一個房間,進入時很好,但後來我們看到了人們的衣服和鞋子。我們回到了接待處。她說她同事搞錯了,把我們的房間給別人了,沒有放進系統,她給我們另一個房間,臭的像地獄!我讓她換或者退款。她說這是唯一剩下的房間,她知道它有臭味,她很抱歉,但她什麼也做不了,第二天只能把我們送到另一個房間,她也拒絕賠償,現在是午夜。我們沒有當地的sim卡,所以別無選擇,只能留下來。晚上鍋爐/機器噪音很大,所以我們無法入睡。它毀了我們的假期。第二天他們給我們換了另一個房間,但拒絕賠償。我們不得不自費受苦!位置是上帝,換了房間後房間很好。但他們讓我們受苦,因爲他們的錯誤卻拒絕賠償!這樣的酒店行爲如此可恥!所以,如果你不想驚喜或破壞你的假期,儘量避免這家酒店!

This is a 3 star review based on averaging 1 star concerns and 5 star aspects. 1-star concerns relate to safety. Two things that were concerning: (1) my father slipped and fell in the bathroom at 4AM and lost consciousness. When I yelled loudly for help in the courtyard (including ”hospital!!” because we thought he maybe had a heart attack or was otherwise dying), NO ONE RESPONDED. The hotel is an open air building all facing an inner courtyard so someone should have heard my loud yelling, especially when pitch quiet at 4AM. Thankfully, my father was OK later that night and next day. (2) When I told this story to the front desk the next day, the woman was not at all concerned that a guest could have died at their property. I asked to confirm that someone works the night shift, so I am not sure why no one responded that night. She asked if we called the front desk that night, which I did not because my father was possibly dying so no, I did not have time to figure out what the front desk number was at 4AM. Also no one responded to me YELLING for help, so I doubt someone would pick up the phone. She said she would tell the night shift, but there was otherwise no follow up. I also provided this story on a guest comment card when we left - also no follow up. 5-star - hotel is in a great location in the center of town near the main plaza, and it is a charming building with a lovely courtyard and rooftop pool. As other reviews mention, the rooms are rustic/simple/basic but they are perfectly serviceable, especially given the price and location. If not for the safety concerns, I would stay again.

魏魏該酒店位於市中心，交通便利。設施完善，餐飲服務也很好，酒店的其它服務也很好。酒店用品齊全，使用方便，酒店整體上衛生條件很好，我對此相當滿意。本來還想多住兩天的，但房間被別人訂走了，沒辦法再繼續住下去，衹好改住到別的酒店了。

訪訪客用戶Excelente ubicacion. En la hab 201 se escucha todo lo que hablan en la recepcion. A parte que hay eco, hablan fuerte a altas horas de la noche. Check in bien, pero no dejan de conversar entre recepcionistas y te enteras de toda la plática que tienen.

ACHTUNG DIESES HOTEL BEGEHT BETRUG WARUM? Die Zimmer sind zum großen Teil alle Tag und Nacht durch laute Maschinengeräusche im Gebäude gestört, an Schlaf ist kaum zu denken, da diese plötzlich lauter und leiser werden in der Nacht. Das Schlimmste: Das Personal weiß davon und vermietet die Zimmer (alle Zimmer nach hinten hin) zum gleichen Preis. Der Manager lässt sich mehrfach verleugnen und auch die coolen Mitarbeiter von booking.vom lässt er eiskalt ohne Einsicht stehen. Danke nochmal an booking an der Stelle für die Hilfe. Lage: Das Hotel liegt auch nicht zentral sondern ca. 10min von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt in einer miesen Ecke. Lediglich der Ado fährt gegenüber ab. Das Frühstück kann man sich sparen. Einzig gute an dem Hotel ist dass es LQBTQ Mitarbeiter unterstützt. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Reine Abzocke.
