我們在Trident酒店住了兩晚。飯店為我們的孩子加了一張床，所以房間非常舒適。房間設施齊全，雖然有一些瑕疵，而且不算新，但酒店本身很棒，服務也無可挑剔。早餐絕對不容錯過，非常美味。

Good location, near shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were helpful and polite. Check-in was smooth. Will book again.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. All facilities are well maintained and preserved, especially the gym. All services are good. The restaurant on 3rd floor is the most thing that I like in this hotel. I really enjoyed all nights in Holiday Inn Chennai Hotel. Thank you.

My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day. A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service

Used only accommodation, not food. It was cyclone day. They have good service. Place close to tnagar.

入住體驗極佳,位置優越,物有所值 在欽奈這家酒店住過最好的一次,住了3晚,真的感覺像一個豪華體驗,價格合理。位置是中心位置的主要優勢,方便到城市的許多地方。 房間寬敞,牀單很乾淨,浴室維護得很好,提供適當的洗浴用品。他們還供應水瓶,走廊裏有一個飲水機(水罐),這是一個很好的接觸。 他們提供免費自助早餐,提供各種各樣的選擇。但是早餐在上午10點關閉有點早,所以要相應計劃。有停車場,方便,工作人員禮貌和樂於助人,特別提到保安人員和客房服務人員的熱情好客。外面的食物也允許,這是一個加分項。 唯一的小不便是電梯總是在一樓(接待處)默認停止,這有點煩人。 另外,我把我的房間鑰匙卡放錯了地方,不得不支付200日元換房。 總的來說,這是一個很棒的體驗,我肯定會推薦這個地方給任何訪問欽奈的人。
