CCHW0101Just stayed overnight in this hotel. The location is very close to the airport so perfect for travellers who need to take flights. Hotel room is a bit small but overall quite clean. Breakfast is not included in my room. Breakfast quality is decent.

WWants絕對是清奈CP值最高的飯店沒有之一 首先因為是為了某個紀念日而一起去入住，飯店方表示可以協助準備並升級房型，這個就已經超過六顆星 原本就已經有優惠的價格，又入住飯店中的高級房型，就已經十分滿意 後來發現泳池簡直完美，不會太深，水也很乾淨，更衣室沒有異味，大大加分 早餐的選項也很多元，食物都很好吃 順道一提，飯店還有鋼琴可以提供給住客彈奏，我們也彈了兩首曲子，在鋼琴難找的印度真的是一大驚喜。

訪訪客用戶預訂的是 Kings Bed and Breakfast 兩人住宿。他們給了我一間大床房，但拒絕提供早餐，直到我出示了 Trip 的預訂確認信。房間是連通的房間，沒有學習桌，甚至連說話的聲音都能聽到。 17號晚上有人打呼嚕讓我們睡不好覺，這促使我換了房間。他們給了我314號房間。這又是一張大床。經詢問，飯店工作人員Benison告訴我，他們所有的房間都只有大床。我覺得攜程網用假資訊欺騙了我。我計劃向消費者法院提出申訴尋求補救。這還沒完成。

PPhương LMThe hotel is in a wonderful location. All facilities are well maintained and preserved, especially the gym. All services are good. The restaurant on 3rd floor is the most thing that I like in this hotel. I really enjoyed all nights in Holiday Inn Chennai Hotel. Thank you.

MMir69Staff at the reception are nice and friendly, crews and bellboys helps with your stuff. However, got harassed by one staff at the bar. We were being forced to leave where we are seated to a sofa near the bar and embarrassed my friends while we are waiting for the coffee we ordered at the bar. Tirelessly, even to the point of heated argument he never stopped until I made myself clear that I am going to report him. I had been a guest for this hotel since 2019 and unfortunately treated like this. This staff must be removed for inappropriate action.
