訪訪客用戶我們在三叉住了2晚,他們給我們的孩子加了一張牀,所以房間很舒服。房間很堅固,有一些瑕疵,也不新,但酒店優秀,服務非凡。早餐是必須的,不要跳過它,因爲它是美妙的。

YYuvaAASKStayed here with my family for two nights. The service and the staff here are amazing and always willing to help. The only downside is the breakfast variety, thought it would have been better if they had more choices. Otherwise, we had a good time at Hyatt, Chennai.

訪訪客用戶Hotel used to be good back then. But recently it has become rundown. Many broken items in room especially the toilet looks old. There was no minibar. Service can be improved. Since the price was high, expecting a much better experience. Hope a renovation would be done in order to maintain its brand.

訪訪客用戶預訂的是 Kings Bed and Breakfast 兩人住宿。他們給了我一間大床房，但拒絕提供早餐，直到我出示了 Trip 的預訂確認信。房間是連通的房間，沒有學習桌，甚至連說話的聲音都能聽到。 17號晚上有人打呼嚕讓我們睡不好覺，這促使我換了房間。他們給了我314號房間。這又是一張大床。經詢問，飯店工作人員Benison告訴我，他們所有的房間都只有大床。我覺得攜程網用假資訊欺騙了我。我計劃向消費者法院提出申訴尋求補救。這還沒完成。

PPhương LMThe hotel is in a wonderful location. All facilities are well maintained and preserved, especially the gym. All services are good. The restaurant on 3rd floor is the most thing that I like in this hotel. I really enjoyed all nights in Holiday Inn Chennai Hotel. Thank you.

MMir69Staff at the reception are nice and friendly, crews and bellboys helps with your stuff. However, got harassed by one staff at the bar. We were being forced to leave where we are seated to a sofa near the bar and embarrassed my friends while we are waiting for the coffee we ordered at the bar. Tirelessly, even to the point of heated argument he never stopped until I made myself clear that I am going to report him. I had been a guest for this hotel since 2019 and unfortunately treated like this. This staff must be removed for inappropriate action.
