「A functional apartment in great location. The room was a good size but was very warm and would have benefited from tea bags as well as coffee! The service was good with clean towels being delivered to our room within a few minutes of our request. Giving us chocolates as it was my birthday was a lovely touch.」

「The food was exceptional, the room was beautiful and the location was top class! I booked it for a concert in the 3Olympia, and with it’s location so close to Dublin Castle, Temple Bar and the 3Olympia, you would be foolish not to stay! 11/10」

「酒店位置很好，出行特別方便。門口就是巴士站和輕軌站，去市中心10分鐘。門口是利菲河，風景優美宜人。其實步行到市中心也可以，20分鐘。房間不大，但是夠乾淨，習慣了很温馨。餐廳不錯，有個香港裔女孩子會些中文、有個印度小哥特別熱情、服務特別好，難忘的經歷。」

「酒店位置不算偏，半小時步行到市中心，門口不遠就是Air coach的車站，不過air coach 有多路車，記得是坐700路。酒店房間每天主動打掃衞生，前台也很不錯，幫我們換了30歐的硬幣。非常滿意。」

「Located in the Georgian area of Dublin - you’re away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the centre. Check in was easy as was check out - I’ve nothing but good things to say about all the staff here who were friendly and helpful. The room was small but quiet and clean. Bedding was comfortable. Tea and coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby which was great. Searsons is just down the road for a bevvy or something to eat - as is Bobbys wine bar and other coffee shops and food places. Would definitely stay here again when in Dublin.」

「我們在這裡度過了舒適的三晚。房間不大，但適合短期住宿。廁所/淋浴設施現代，很好。我們喜歡在房間裡用奈斯派索咖啡機喝早晨咖啡。酒店的裝飾充滿活力、現代且“完整”，但我喜歡它。酒吧和用餐區的裝飾現代而大膽。工作人員特別熱情和樂於助人。位置離市區有點遠，比較安靜，很有當地人的感覺。」

「這是我這次在英國和愛爾蘭住過的最好的酒店。他們提供了一個令人難以置信的房間,裏面有一個小廚房。我從超市和雜貨店帶來了一些食物,並試圖自己煮當地菜。很棒的體驗!!室內也很不錯,城市時尚的設計,這裏附近的公園安靜的氛圍讓我的旅行如此特別,下次想和家人一起回來。」

訪訪客用戶酒店位置很好，離主要的步行街很近，大堂也比較有特色。房間尚可，也會提前根據入住人數鋪好沙發床。但服務確實太慢，我們是三人入住，想把大被子換成2床單人被，打了3-4個電話都沒人來，幾小時後決定將就湊合一晚，housekeeping 的人來了，才搞清楚需求，又過了一刻鐘左右告知酒店沒有單人被了😂，又給拿了床雙人被。服務還有待提升

匿匿名用戶酒店樓下很多中超和中餐，前台還有專門的安保人員，會幫忙拿外賣，早餐也很豐富，就是有個史詩級bug，最靠外面的電梯下到-1層是員工專屬區域，洗衣房也在同一層，兩者之間有帶有門禁的門隔開（圖10），進入員工區域需要刷卡，這時候有意思的事情就來了，如果你洗完衣服，按了電梯，下來的是員工區域的電梯的話，你就過不去因為房間卡刷不了那個門，這時候你衹有等那個電梯上去，其他正常區域的電梯才會下來，或者衹能走旁邊的樓梯。退房那天我正好遇到了穿西裝的估計是經理，還和他説了，期待後續有什麼改進

TTeacherTravelTimesI decided to ditch staying in the city centre based on my below par experiences there on my last trip. When looking on Trip.com, Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel in Dalkey was the same price as several dorm rooms in the city centre when I looked.
Getting there from Dublin Airport was relatively straightforward. I took and Aircoach from the airport to Dalkey/Ulverton Road and then walked for about 15 minutes. Up to the hotel entrance.
The hotel is fairly old fashioned but personally I found it very charming. The staff were well-trained in the art of hospitality, the rooms were clean, locals were in and out of the bar, restaurant and leisure centre.
Furthermore, the room was spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. The tv had a nice range of channels and the bathroom had a working shower and an abundance of towels. One thing missing was a toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit. I was told that you can get slippers on request as well.
Get the breakfast. It’s €16 and it’s a buffet style with a delicious selection of hot and cold food. There’s rashers, sausages, hash browns, pancakes, the works. I wish I could’ve eaten more! I loved that they had a wide range of ages working there as well. One of the staff tripped when she went to ask if everything was ok and she said ‘I’m fine, I’m falling for you!’ It was then that I knew that I was home.
The leisure centre is one of the best I’ve come across in a while. I’ve stayed in so many places where it’s literally an empty room with a few bits of old equipment but they had loads of weights, treadmills, bikes, etc. They do classes and physiotherapy as well. The pool and jacuzzi were also excellent. Plenty of ages in both as well but it wasnt overcrowded so you’ll get a few lengths in if you want.
Lastly, make sure to go for a walk about Dalkey and the surrounding areas. I spent the morning walking down to the Vico Baths, the Forty Foot (both swimming locations) and passed through Dalkey Village. Plenty of people will be out with their family and friends whether it be for a walk, bike ride, swim or a coffee and a chat. Ditch Dublin City and say yes to Dalkey!

訪訪客用戶My husband and I had been planning this trip to Dublin for quite some time. And when we found this beautiful boutique hotel online, we were so excited. As soon as we arrived And checked in, there was a lot going on in the lobby area, so it was a little overwhelming. We saw a lady at the desk, but we weren’t sure that she actually worked there because she didn’t greet us. Didn’t even look our way. It seemed like she had a general disinterest or disdain for us being there. I asked, “Is this the front desk to the hotel?” To which she responded in a monotone voice, “Yes.” I was shocked that this was the first impression of the hotel that we were getting. What made it worse was that my husband was told that we needed to put a card on hold and he proceeded to tap his card thinking that it was like all the other places we had been to in Ireland. But it didn’t work. Several times he tapped it and it showed nothing. He asked the lady, “does your tap work? Do you have tap?” To which she replied a curt, “no.” Mind you, she was standing there the entire time and could see the entire situation. This interaction was such a bummer, and this made our short trip to Dublin feel a little sour.
To be honest, not all of the stuff was like that morning. We woke up to get a coffee downstairs, and the gentleman that works at the coffee bar was very warm. A young Spanish speaking man. He was absolutely amazing; patient and willing to answer any questions About the items on the menu And the different pastries available.
Overall, the hotel was a mixed bag. It had a very chic vibe but outside of that lovely gentleman, their customer service can definitely improve!
