「地點與整潔度都很好，每個房間都有浴室，不是那種全層都使用那一間的公共浴室，但沒有吹風機，去服務台借也說沒有了。」

「Lobby 在地下室，門口有24小時警衛，讓人安心。地下室的空間設計不錯，很大片休息區。櫃檯人員非常親切，也給我晚上用餐的建議。 房間就是商務旅館尺寸，不大但設計良好。掛衣服和放行李空間都有保留。 缺點是浴室沒有手持蓮蓬頭…」

「酒店地點距離市中心不遠，距離酒吧區都只是大概10分鐘路程，所有都是用走路的，職員亦都非常友善，房間屬於最基本，但是10分整潔，性價比還可以。」

「這次入住都柏林的修道院酒店，整體體驗有優點也有一些不便。飯店距離市中心及多個主要景點很近，大部分觀光地點都可以步行前往；對面就有一間購物中心，附近也有許多餐廳和酒吧，購物、用餐及晚上外出都很方便。不過飯店距離中央火車站相對較遠，實際步行大約需要25分鐘，攜帶行李時會比較辛苦，因此地點評為4/5。房間整體清潔狀況不錯，日常使用空間維持得令人滿意，整潔度給予4/5。需要注意的是，我們的房間正對大馬路，隔音效果不太理想，外面的交通和街道聲音較容易傳入房內，可能會影響對噪音敏感的旅客。此外，每次進出飯店都需要按電鈴，等候飯店人員統一開門，使用上不如自行刷卡進出方便，因此設施評為3/5。值得肯定的是櫃台人員非常友善，每次協助開門或處理住宿事宜時態度都很好，讓人感到受到歡迎，服務給予滿分5/5。整體而言，飯店適合重視市中心位置、購物及餐飲便利性的旅客，但若在意隔音、夜間噪音或頻繁進出，入住前需要一併考量。 Abbey Hotel is close to Dublin city centre and major attractions. A mall sits opposite with several restaurants and bars close by. Connolly Station is a 25-minute walk away, inconvenient with luggage. Location: 4/5. The room was clean and well kept, earning 4/5, but ours faced the main road with poor soundproofing, so noise was noticeable. To enter, we had to ring the bell and wait for staff to unlock the door. Facilities: 3/5. The front desk staff were always friendly and welcoming. Service: 5/5. Overall, the central location is useful, but noise and controlled entry may not suit everyone.」

「This is my first time to visit Ireland and the 1st day we stay in this apt. When I arrived too early and the check in lobby was closed. However, once I WhatsApp to the registration, they right the way give me a big help. Gacr and Matel is so friendly and helpful. They arrange an early check in for us and really appreciate their help in knowing more about the city. Highly recommend this apt to stay. It is clean, right in the city center and you can walk around to the most city scenic and restaurants. Glady」

「Nice building with an inviting facade however the rooms are old and cramped. Not very quality and bathroom was in poor condition. My room also backed onto the smoking area of the nightclub so was noisy.」
