訪訪客As a Marriott Titanium / Lifetime Platinum Elite Guest, our family [husband, wife and two young daughters] decided to visit Madrid, Spain to start our month-long 2023 summer vacation in Europe. We spent five (5) nights at Westin Palace Madrid using our Bonvoy points in late May / early June 2023. Please see the thirty-eight (38) photos we posted with this review of all aspects of the hotel. Within days after making our five (5) night stay using Marriott Bonvoy points approximately ten (10) months prior to our arrival date, we emailed General Manager, Pablo Flores and advised him of our future stay as well as our special requests, including our request for an Executive Suite, which would comfortably host our family of four. Within hours of our email, we received a thoughtful reply Paloma Hidalgo, Director of Rooms, whom immediately provided us with a complimentary guaranteed upgrade to an Executive Suite and further, Ms. Hidalgo readily granted all of our other special requests. The prompt response did not come as a surprise to us given how active the management of this property is in reading and promptly replying to past guests on Trip Advisor as well as the Marriott Bonvoy website, which is but a mere sign of management’s commitment to exemplary customer service. Not surprisingly, we were overjoyed with such a response and really looked forward to our future stay at The Westin Palace Madrid. This gorgeous historic hotel is magnificently located in Madrid overlooking the Neptune Fountain and less than a three minute walk to the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, less than a five minute walk to the Prado Museum and less than a ten minute walk to the Reina Sofia Museum. It is also extremely close to Retiro Park and is within an easy 15 minute walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the Gran Via as well as many bars, restaurant, trendy cafés, market and other cultural attractions. You can easily walk everywhere throughout the entire city but public transportation options abound in close proximity to the hotel as well. Our initial visit to the Westin Palace Madrid did not disappoint, especially when the hotel accommodated our extremely early check-in (before 9:00 am). The check-in process with Ms. Hidalgo, Estefanía Martinez, Front Office Assistant Manager and Juan at the reception desk was a breeze. Further, Ms. Martinez was kind enough to personally escort us to our suite and show us all of the features and amenities of same. This was very thoughtful on the part of Ms. Martinez and very much appreciated. Throughout our entire five (5) night stay, Ms. Hidalgo and Ms. Martinez were especially helpful and friendly. We simply loved our Palace Executive Suite with slightly over 1,000 square feet in total space with a sublime view of the Neptune Fountain; it was truly remarkable. The staff at Palacio de los Duques Madrid truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service provided by the concierge, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism.
The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and exuded a sense of luxury. The elegant decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities created a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I appreciated the little touches that enhanced my stay, such as the plush bathrobes and high-quality toiletries.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's stunning rooftop terrace. Offering panoramic views of Madrid's skyline, it provided a breathtaking backdrop for enjoying a drink or simply unwinding while taking in the city's beauty. The on-site restaurant also surpassed my expectations with its delectable cuisine, showcasing a fusion of traditional and contemporary flavors.
Hotel Palacio de los Duques Madrid seamlessly blends historical charm with modern luxury. The preservation of the building's architectural heritage, combined with the impeccable service and attention to detail, creates an unforgettable experience.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Palacio de los Duques Madrid exceeded all expectations. It is a true gem in the heart of Madrid, offering a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and convenience. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in the vibrant capital city of Spain.

訪訪客用戶The hotel is situated in a delightful location close to the train station and offers a great selection of dining options that are within walking distance. One minor inconvenience to note is that the side entrance, whichlling with its ground-level door, is occasionally locked and is designed for easy luggage roll-in. However, this is a small detail in an otherwise comfortable stay. Also, it would be nice to include instructions for the espresso machine in the room for guests.

訪訪客從入住(多麼漂亮的大堂和入口庭院)到早餐,到游泳池和酒吧工作人員服務簡直太棒了。我們的孩子們喜歡在辦理入住手續和早餐時收到的禮物,我們真的很感激早餐工作人員讓我們知道什麼時候重新儲存物品。游泳池的救生員非常樂於助人,爲一個忘記了他們的孩子提供了備用護目鏡。孩子們的沙發牀是用可怕的棕色毯子做的,我們要求被子或像普通牀一樣的羽絨被。這是在幾分鐘內完成的!喜歡房間裏每天的免費水。酒店非常高效地(在幾分鐘內)回覆我們要求安靜的房間和回答預訂前的問題。城市中心是一個40分鐘的步行路程,但是如果你從正門右轉,然後在第1個右邊,你會撞到一個充滿咖啡館和餐館的步行街。

訪訪客地點很好，早餐很美味，門口就有一家星巴克，很不錯。步行兩分鐘即可到達 Gran Via 街，在那裡您可以找到您可能需要的任何東西。工作人員很有禮貌，房間乾淨而且非常安靜，至少在 5 樓是這樣:) 總的來說會推薦並再次回來。感謝馬德里！

訪訪客我們住了一個星期,真的很喜歡。特別乾淨,非常友好和細心的工作人員,樓下酒吧區和屋頂酒吧的氣氛很好,早餐很好,房間很舒適,設備齊全。一開始不太確定這個地區,但我們很快就覺得很舒服,在旅遊小道附近發現了一些很棒的酒吧和餐館步行到市中心、拉拉丁區、埃爾拉斯特羅、公園(埃爾雷蒂羅)、藝術畫廊和地鐵/火車連接的絕佳位置。喜歡馬德里。

訪訪客Everything was excellent. Beautiful hotel at a premium location, right in the city center but on a quiet square. The room and and the beds were super comfortable. Just beware to choose a two-single beds room, which are together, instead of a double bed, which is smaller and so is the bedroom. I don't understand why you pay the same price for a smaller bedroom that overlooks the inner courtyard, but the bigger room that we got was fantastic. Breakfast was also really good, a lot of choices and very convenient times.

訪訪客El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.
