LLuz Stella Suarez Alfonso位置優越，靠近旅遊景點，安全。房間非常舒適，非常乾淨。客人服務的關注度和品質無與倫比，尤其是 José Luis Montero，他從一開始就幫助了我們。住宿非常愉快。

Llludol一點也不4-star酒店。服務不好,他們給我的房間和照片不符,然後把我搬到實際的房間,完全不像照片裏。有些USB插頭壞了;就像他們沒有用正確的方式建造酒店,有很多建築問題。他們在屋頂上有餐廳,食物很差,很貴。關於服務也很差,唯一真正做好工作的就是搬行李的傢伙,不推薦!

訪訪客用戶I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over.
The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

1.Rook 316.空調不工作。遙控屏幕壞了,看不到控制面板。由於酒店滿房,無法換到另一個房間。只能在只有風扇的房間睡覺。
2.風扇起初似乎沒有工作,但工作人員設法修理了。工作風扇發出響亮的聲音。
3.房間裏沒有鏡子。
4.房子走廊內側有一扇窗戶,第二扇窗戶在廁所內,面向外面。

1.前台的兩位工作人員都非常友好,特別是夜班人員,幫助解決了空調和風扇問題。兩者都英語很好。
2.電視有幾個英語頻道。
3.有電梯和房間有基本設施。
4.位置一流,附近有一家當地不錯的餐廳。

訪訪客用戶La experiencia ha sido muy buena. El personal muy profesional amable y atento. Tengo que destacar varias personas del equipo de servicio del hotel. Desde Yoel, que se hizo cargo de mis maletas. Hasta Yolanda una camarera muy profesional. La encargada de la limpieza de mi habitación, Virginia, increíble los detalles de tenerme la habitación a mi gusto desde el primer día. Y la persona que me hace especial en los desayunos y almuerzos es de nombre DIVINA, su nombre define su profesionalidad atención y modales, un hotel destaca de los demás gracias a sus empleados y he de decir, que este hotel es de los mejores que he visitado.
