Almost any organization in the hospitality sector worth their salt takes customer complaints very seriously. Even a slightly colored review will alert the team to make amends as quickly as possible. And we are quite happy to say through our first-hand experience that Zuri is definitely not one of them. Several phone calls and an elaborate email to Sharad Valsraj detailing every ‘unforgettable’ experience of our guest’s stay at Zuri yielded nothing but a perfunctory email with the promise of a call from sales ***ager Sooraj. It's been over three months and we are still awaiting that elusive call. And we hope we’ll be heard this time.

Muy bien todo !! Lugar paradisiaco para descansar y relajar ! Lo recomiendo sin dudas .. ***n excelente masajista.. ! Shibin gran profesor de yoga.. es el lugar ideal para desconect**** , descansar .. la comida es muy buena y el staff es muy amigable y agradable .. todos !

Freundliches, bemühtes Personal. Gepflegte, ansprechende Aussenanlage. Netter Pool. Abgewohnte Zimmer (vor allem Bäder). Nur begrenztes Angebot an alkoholischen Getränken sowie der Speisen im Seefoodrestaurant. Insgesamt unstimmiges Preis- Leistungsverhälnis. Das Rating auf *********** mit 7,7 ist m.E. überbewertet.

Ottima posizione giardino bellissimo personale gentilissimo ci siamo trovati bene cibo buono varrebbe la pena tornarci un'altra volta il cameriere Ravikrishna molto gentile e competente complimenti a tutto il personale e a chi gestisce il posto.

Espectacular hotel para qued**** a disfrutar sus increíbles instalaciones y su entorno. Una verdadera maravilla. Sus empleados de una amabilidad, cordialidad siempre para atendernos. Hari y Pavan en el servicio del comedor atentisimos

I stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Mast resort. Very nice room clan and cool. Bathroom was very big with an open shower also. Food is very good. The restaurant is good but the AC sitting is less as hot weather during lunch. Service is very good. Lake is beautiful

Food and hospitality was wonderful… Sangeetha hospitality was fentastic. Over all experience is very good . Payasam and ****ta was good. Over all food is superb… which we have enjoyed . As a family my 3 and 7 yrs kid also enjoyed the food . It’s a greate expert

Awesome resort , sprawling property beautiful backwater. Good food is another plus of the resort. Loved their greenery & the quiet places to have a quick meditation / chanting session. Staff were very cooperative & warm. Even the washrooms were quite spacious & had all the required luxurious amenities. Didn't get time to try the spa,but it looked quite scenic from outside. Mornings are beautiful with countless birds chirping. While it was hot , room cooling was perfect. The resort has access to backwater
