酒店位置便利，但客房清洁度有待提高。淋浴热水极不稳定，要么太热，要么洗到一半就突然没热水了。酒店没有提供小毛巾擦头发（尤其是女性）或擦手。吹风机过热会自动停止几分钟，需要冷却后才能再次使用，所以吹干浓密的长发可能需要很长时间。

酒店位置优越，靠近各大便利店和餐厅，当然也包括永旺购物中心。周末停车很方便，但工作日可能会比较难找，因为周围都是商铺。房间配备浴缸，让我很惊喜。房间里还贴心地准备了一些小零食。酒店附近也有收费洗衣服务，非常方便。入住体验很棒。

舒适温馨的住宿环境。靠近永旺购物中心，房间也很干净。 优点是提供饮用水，可以随时续杯。对于商务旅客来说非常方便。 WiFi信号很强，这对于出差来说绝对很有帮助。

总的来说，酒店位置（周围有很多餐馆）和设施都很棒，前台服务态度很好，保安也很尽责。床也很舒服。 但是，有一些维修问题需要解决，具体如下： - 马桶组件损坏，冲水不畅 - 房间的台灯太暗，不适合工作 - 房间隔音效果不好 希望这些问题能尽快解决！😊

多次入住，一切都在预期之内，只是设计风格有点老旧。

如果您对设施现代化程度没有特别要求，这家酒店是个不错的选择，可以住上一晚。 酒店提供的设施齐全。

热水器出了问题。洗完澡过一会儿水就不热了。地理位置不错，很方便。

The staff is very friendly and polite. But one thing I would like to highlight is the staff do not flip over the back of the credit card when doing card transactions, because it would show the CVV number. FYI Thank you very much.

Both my friends and I booked separately for different types of room. Supposedly my deluxe king should be better than my friend which is superior king. But was given a room at second level with urine smells in my toilet and room was not properly cleaned and dusty. But surprisingly my friend was upgraded to deluxe king with much better cleaning on third floor than me?? Just because she checked in before me? Checked with reception and requested to move to much cleaner room, regardless of the view outside. And was changed to same number of room on the second floor. On the second day, shower bath and shampoo was not refilled. Requested on the third day before check out few times yet didn’t receive after we checked out the hotel. I didn’t take pictures of my complaint given that the hotel location was great and lobby area was impressive. Hopefully the cleanliness will improve and room was properly maintained and reserved and allocated for guests.

Lokasi sangat oke. Dekat dengan tempat makan dan AEON Mall. Staf resepsionis ramah. Namun tidak ada bell boy yang membantu. Hotel bersih, wangi, kamar luas. Menginap di tipe superior twin, dengan jendela, sangat menyenangkan. Perlengkapan kamar mandi lengkap. Saluran TV hanya lokal. Overall, sangat memuaskan dengan harga yang wajar.
