選擇高級大床房 給我的跟照片不一樣 ！ 我錢給的是最貴的房 ！你給我的是最普通的 ！！ 下去説 服務員講這是電腦安排的 ！！！ LJ ！！ 冷氣又不冷 ！ 洗澡水要開了很久才有熱水出來 ！！ 什麼垃圾 ！！！ 不會再來99了 ！！

離市中心好幾公里，價格當然會優惠一些，衞生環境都還好，服務也比較熱情，就是櫃枱不能刷付款寶和微信，也不像介紹的説能中文交流，房間的價格也很會浮動，浮動力度也蠻大的，應該跟週末也有關係吧！不是另一老朋友不想動，是我一個人就跑到甲洞酒店去了，看評分也比這邊高，價格也比這邊便宜三四十

Had a pleasant stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient. Overall, a great experience and would recommend to others.

酒店地點不錯 樓下很多東西吃 對面很靠近地鐵站 出入方便快捷 門口很多停車位容易找到parking 平價酒店算不錯 房間比較窄 空間小 算不錯看在價錢便宜

很普通的飯店，沒有冰箱，淋浴也很差。交通噪音可能相當大。然而，地理位置優越——您需要的一切都在附近。工作人員誠實且樂於助人；我女兒退房後忘記了她的 iPad，他們立即聯繫我們安排歸還

環境不錯，整潔，衹是櫃枱服務員的態度極差，已經提早兩個星期和旅店櫃枱確認訂單，完全沒問題，但卻在當天入住，同一個櫃枱服務員卻不承認之前已經有確認訂單，還一直強調沒這回事，實在傷腦筋 第一次預訂這旅店，就發生了這樣的事，下次不敢再預訂了

整體來說都很乾淨服務員態度也很好，我也光顧了三次，只是google上的客服是一個男的很沒禮貌，到了酒店的員工就很好，還和我說不好意思。他們會處理客服的問題

因為新年一個人來吉隆坡甲洞99訂了單個床位，環境不錯乾淨，櫃枱服務也很好。附近也有很多吃的，價格也合理。
