All the staff gave us a friendly, warm welcome. The hotel is perfectly located for balloon views, walking to the castle, hiking to pidgeon valley and the fairy chimneys. The rooms were great, we stayed in cave room for the experience. The girls stayed in a standard room, both clean with god showers. The breakfast was good and plentiful, available between 08.30 and 10.30. There is transfer available from the airport which is an hour away, and worked for us. There are good places to eat nearby, overall a great stay.

Location +++, ballon view +++, breakfast +++. Balcony room was clean and spacious, with a perfect view of the morning balloon launching. Breakfast was traditional Turkish with veggies, dippings, breads, and made to order eggs, served beautifully by a very efficient staff. Didn’t start until 8:30, but that worked for us. Only negative was the observation that the owner was not around, and as long as he received his monthly revenue, no need to spend anything on maintenance or give staff authority to do so. Pool cushions were stained and torn, chair cushions were junk, flowers were uncared for, closet doors needed fixing, shower bracket broken, etc, etc. Would consider returning, but only after they got their docks in order.

I was lost in Uçhisar (female solo traveller) and was pointed toward this hotel, where the owner gave me orange juice, cake, access to the bathrooms and gave me a printout of where to go and how to get there. He was very professional and friendly, especially given I wasn’t even a customer of the establishment! Grateful for the help I received and would definitely recommend this hotel - the facilities were great and I got a peek into one of the rooms, just beautiful!

This place is truly wonderful! The location is more than amazing, the terrace is a perfect viewpoint for the balloons. The staff is really friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast is delicious. Only the pool is a tiny bit cold... I had an amazing stay and would recommend everyone who visits Cappadocia to stay here.
