酒店沒有手巾及面巾，洗手盤週邊位置太細，放不到東西。三合一的沖涼液、洗髮精及護髪素確實過分，最過分的是浴巾有汚漬及銹漬，我兩位朋友，一個浴巾有銹漬，另一位的浴巾更有血漬。今後都不會再入住，更不會推薦給朋友。🥵

住了一晚，感覺很舒適。前台接待員非常熱情友好，辦理入住也很順利。 停車可能有點麻煩，但只要有耐心就能找到。 房間乾淨整潔，尺寸也合適。不過，由於朝拜方向的限制，祈禱的空間比較有限。 床很舒服，但我希望每張床能有兩個枕頭而不是一個。 從地理位置來看，這家酒店比帕維利翁更靠近TRX，但兩者都在步行範圍內，出行很方便。 總的來說，這是一次不錯的住宿體驗，基本設施齊全。

住宿環境非常舒適，工作人員非常樂於助人，早餐也出乎意料地好吃！ 😆😆 衛生狀況還可以。飯店離購物中心很近，步行約7分鐘即可抵達柏威年購物中心。

Location: Good Location - est 500m to Pavilion Bukit Bintang, - est 10 mins walk to TRX Hotel Staff: - Friendly, Helpful & good service 👍 My Room 1213: - at 12th Floor Corner Lot with nice city night view (love it - can refer photo) - included buffet breakfast Hotel have provided: - 24 hours Refreshing drink at lobby - free packing Overall 👍👍👍 & Recommended

停車位有限，先到先得。必須停在其他停車場外並支付停車費。房間不錯，相當乾淨。吹風機固定在浴室裡，所以要小心。

入住的體驗感很好，服務人員態度親切，服務到位也不會讓人有負擔。房間在員工電梯旁，雖然影響不大，就是隔壁的開關門聲音還是會被嚇到，尤其夜間的時候。還有房間的廁所，因為空間有限，建議門可以換成摺疊或推門的方式，廁所門很礙事。飲用水喉建議可以貼上告示，研究了很久才知道是飲用水。

Overall is good but just a bit troublesome n confusing on the parking lot . Bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean. Overall is good to sleep for one night .

Although the room is a bit small, it’s surprisingly cozy and comfortable! The breakfast was also enjoyable. Since this is a mid-range hotel, don’t expect 5-star luxury—but it’s clean, comfy, and the food is definitely satisfying. Overall, a pleasant stay—grateful for the experience!

最後一刻預訂了兩晚住宿，性價比很高，因為地點靠近Pavilion購物中心和TRX購物中心。一切都很不錯，房間乾淨，停車位不多，先到先得。

我預訂了一間高級房，但房間太小，天花板低矮，灰塵又多，讓人感覺窒息。真正讓我考慮換飯店的是地下停車場的設計。他們裝了一個汽車升降裝置，考慮到整棟建築的天花板都很低，升降汽車的空間也很有限，這實在不實用。我朋友的車甚至因為停車位太窄和系統設計不佳而被刮花了。此外，停車場的入口是單行道，沒有清晰的標誌或指示。總而言之，這是一次非常令人失望的住宿體驗，下次絕對不會再來這家飯店了。

Carpark is free but limited spaces，hotel no provide mineral water but water filter is installed in very room. Can drink directly. Room was normal as I book is 18-20m, so it’s small as stated.

房間臭一股廉價香水味，衞生一般，主要是隔音等同於沒有。唯一的亮點是大堂小哥的服務態度比較好。地理位置還可以吧，房間比較小。
