Great week vacation. Visited Krakow for a week vacation with another family. Beautiful hotel amazing views from the rooms. Rooms very clean with very nice design. Book a river view room with club lounge access. Great lounge with amazing afternoon beverage and snacks offering. The breakfast is the best ever had. Big variety and great service staff. The location Is the best in the city close to wawel castle and only some minutes walk from the main marker square. Krakow is beautiful city. Authentic buildings and many restaurants and cafes . Very friendly city for bike and walks.

This is not your typical review. Much must be revealed about our experience. We have never been anywhere in the world where the entire staff made every day very special. If you are inclined to make friends with a hotel staff this is the place with open arms. The hotel was magnificent along with accommodations, the Gavi Restaurant should qualify for a Michelin Star, so should the bedding and pillows,but again, it was the staff that truly made our stay. These are our friends; the receptionists are Zofia,Weronika Natalie,Ilona,Rafal,Michal. The bellboys are Michal,Dominik,Wojciech,Jakob,Max Breakfast staff,Claudia,Gabrysia,Joanna The extraordinary Gavi restaurant Staff includes Krzysztof,Manu and the Third level Sommelier Mateusz. Yes they have the Wine Spectator Award for excellence the last three years. If you wish for the ultimate in enjoyment and relaxation Bachleda Luxury Hotel is the place. Plus you get to meet the fantastic Martha who put together such wonderful people. We hope to experience this joy again. Mark and Gail Aylward

The hotel was barely open. The restaurant and bar were closed so nowhere to get a drink. Most of the staff were unfriendly, I had requested late check out with the travel agent as had a late flight home. Reception said they were unaware of this and that we need to vacate the room within half an hour even though the hotel was empty. Would not recommend staying here and would never return. The only good thing was the view over the Vistula river and Wowel castle.

The room was very cosy & comfortable. The bed was amazing. Some really nice little touches....complimentary earbuds,cotton pads,emery board,toothbrushes & toothpaste etc in bathroom. Toiletries were pleasant. Tea/ coffee in room. mini bar reasonably priced. Staff very pleasant. Very nice coffee & hot choc available in reception,even though we had to walk quite a ways from our room to get. We were able to easily access Netflix via Chromecast on the TV....another nice touch. Breakfast was included at the Hala forum,a short walk...& we were very impressed with the food court. The only negative is the stairs up to the bed platform were a little tricky but wouldn't put me off booking here again, We will definitely be back.😁

早餐非常非常豐富，牀和枕頭有點太軟。衛生非常乾淨，”酒店內也有健身房和桑拿房，很好。遺憾的是周邊沒什麼吃的，需要走15分鐘過橋到另一個地方吃飯。總體還是很好的，下次來還住這邊。

Great location very close to Wawel castle. You can admire view on the river Wisła from balcony. This is a great place to stay with your partner for a romantic weekend but I also imagine that it can be very comfortable for family holidays. Cozy bedroom with big bed, lovely living room with sofa, well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom are what you will find in the hotel. I really appreciated that they have iron and ironing board. Staff is helpful and present 24/7.
