巴爾塔薩爾設計飯店(Balthazar Design Hotel)

素晴らしい体験をしました。内装はため息が出るほど美しく、スタッフの皆さんは綺麗な英語を話し暖かく向かい入れてくれます。ロケーションは旧市街の中と完璧で、すばらしいレストランも系列に備えています。価格以上の価値を感じるホテルでした。

Ett alldeles fantastiskt hotell på alla sätt! Superproffsigt bemötande från receptionens personal där de även ordnat 6 timmars tidigare incheckning. Hotellets personal tog kontakt direkt efter bokning med förslag på transfer, utflykter samt restaurangförslag. Underbara rum, mycket mycket välstädat överallt och lika vänlig och hjälpsam personal där. Restaurang Fiorentina serverar en fantastisk frukost och är även Polens bästa restaurang, rekommenderad i Michelin- och Gaultier & Millau-guiderna. Har ni möjlighet - prova avsmakningsmenyn med tillhörande vinmeny. Magiskt! På alla sätt ett 10/10 val för besök i Kraków och vi kommer tillbaka! Om det finns något som vi skulle kunna önska, så är det i vårt tycke något för hårda sängar. Men det är försumbart i det stora hela. Tusen tack från Maria och Peter i Sverige

L’hôtel n’est pas un 5 étoiles, on nous a dinne une chambre sur rue, c’était très bruyant toute la nuit et très tôt le matin le ramassage des poubelles Le ménage n’a pas été fait pendant notre séjour. il n’y a pas de salon pour se détendre. Il n’y a pas de bar dans l’hôtel. Pas de spa non de salle de sport. Je n’y retournerais pas. À ce prix là on aurait pu trouver quelque chose de beaucoup mieux.

Superb hotel. Hotel staff initiated helpful email communication once booked which was useful for booking airport transfers. They also promptly responded to my queries about booking excursions. Their driver Kasper, met me at the airport and was warm and welcoming, as were reception staff on my arrival. The service was amazing e.g., hotel staff helped me to work out how best to get to Auschwitz via public transport. The hotel itself is beautiful and my room was gorgeous, with a lovely welcoming drink and biscuits. Lovely traditional stories/ myths left on the table each morning to learn more about Krakov and attention to detail like weather forecast cards every morning too. The hotel is located conveniently near to the old town and is also close to Kazimierz. Everything was stress free including arranging a driver to pick me up from the hotel at 5am to get me to the airport for a 7:20am flight. I would recommend booking to dine at their restaurant Fiorentina, as the food and service was amazing too. Can’t recommend enough, if visit Krakov again in the future, I will definitely stay here. Amazing small boutique hotel! The location is ideal, right in between the Wawel and the square. You are staying in the authentic old Krakow row building but beautifully renovated and furnished. The staff is very polite and helpful. Definitely will return! Thank you

The hotel is really amazing. The room was big and so nice with two bathroom for two people with single beds. The service was really good The breakfast was the best breakfast ever. We also had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel, the food was great but expensive. The location was also perfect in the old town. I will stay here next time we travel to Krakow.

Loved this hotel... great room! Walkable to everything and a very nice area. Great for families, had two separate rooms that were attached with two bathrooms, very spacious with sitting area. Highly recommend!

This hotel is in a wonderful location and is beautifully presented. Service is excellent and the food is also very good. The Old Town is where you want to stay and this is in a great place near the castle but far enough away from the main square to be quiet.
